What happened to this issue about Villageafro not accepting PayPal? I haven't ordered from them for a while, I wonder the situation has changed or not?

I have a bank account. here the credit cards don't work well

Then sign up to PayPal. Follow the registration procedures, verify your bank account with them, top up your PayPal balance from you bank account followin the instructions on the site of PayPal, and you can then use PayPal to pay in those shops mentioned, if you can get a credit card, that makes the whole process easier.

But the problem with iTunes is that it is unaccessibile out of the US. I live in an EU country, but even for me it was not allowed to buy mp3 files from there for years. It only supports a few countries out of the US for music purchase.

payment is credit cards?
To buy from Itunes you need a Apple device and you need to make a Apple ID which is connected to a credit card.

I have just noticed they accept my country now. But for a long time mine was excluded. I wonder what is their jurisdiction policy now.
