Oh so there really were clips...... Blaise disappeared from the scene too early and I also think he was kicked out of bcbg too early too, I still wish he was at zenith but at the same time maybe everything that happened to him was kharma for the way he was acting towards the end of 4x4 and beginning of bcbg

I don’t see what he did wrong. He was just fed up with the bad financial management of the band and wasn’t hypocrite like JB. He said just how the things were right in his face. It was just that JB saw that the moment came to become the only leader of Wenge BCBG. Masela was also kicked out from Maison Mere, so don’t think that it was karma or something like that.

Yeah but like Archos said they were all sharing the money so why was he fed up with the financial management... and he also started to become a bit of a bully especially when he turned away ferre and co, but did Blaises departure from bcbg create big buzz I don't remember lol

yes they were sharing well until most of them started having personal business outside wenge in 1996,jb had pharmacies and taxis, werra had the same, blaise was doing some stuff related to air conditioning in big companies with his status of engineer in electronics,so nsone was starting to refuse to give them money like before,i forgot to mention it in the topic related to split  but i thing the major thing which boosted simon's plan of split for profit was  when makaba got very sick with the change of climate he caught some of those tropical diseases and nsone refused to give money(himself confirmed last year with naty lokole, and said hello to werra and he does not hold anything bad against werra or jb as its history now),which simon did which is why when he went and returned later after feux de l'amour he still had that grudge and shared money with musicians directly, boycotting werra's role

here  is at 2 20 marie paul kind of talking about it,and naty confirming makaba said it to him

Maybe you was a little kid. But, Yes it was  big buzz and I think that it made people hate JB more, since that JB left him alone in the hospital. With the press and people saying that JB is bd guy, etc.

exactly, a lot of the press went ham on jb for getting rid of him in that context just that blaise could not cope with the pace of jb and werra on the long run and tried too quickly to go to europe instead of cementing his position in kin

its amazing how depending on contexts vocals can sound completely different, blaise"s moninga olali oloti famous vocal of wenge split fits in nostalgie so well,in complete contrast to how it was seen as very agressive towards werra
and it was actually the first experience of willy and blaise it seems,in nostalgie,i heard avoice sounding like willy and blaise saying "yoka mobali ya jacky(which could well be late jacky bebeto who was willy's girlfriend in those days)

Were that Blaise Bula’s parents in that video ?

I remember that before the release of Ponderation 8 the press started gossiping about Blaise, saying that he sold his house and wanted to return to Wenge BCBG. I think that JB sended his journalists to do that, because the way Blaise was attacking JB strongly in interviews.

I've got one question.... how did Makaba feel and react to Blaise's departure? Was he at kin during that time or did he already go back to Europe

he was in europe, makaba barely stayed in kin ever since he went to study jazz, the hi ho ha album is by very far the period in which he was most in kin with his friends
he was upset with that of course i guess thats why when he had that  beef with jb later he kind of abandoned music for a while as he surely said to himself enough is enough with those ego things
