This isn't in 2004, like lumbe lumbe said. It's in 2006. Because in 2004 Ferre had long hair and Fally shot hair. This was during the days Fally Ipupa was recording Droit Chemin and Quartier Latin the album Danger de Mort. If you look to the making off of Droit Chemin, the concerts of Quartier Latin during the Europe-tour of 2005/06 and the videoclips of Droit Chemin you will see Fally Ipupa with the same look of this picture.

exactly i was having the same doubt ferre had that hair from les marquis then changed then did it again so it could have been a bit confusing  but fally's one sounded obvious that it was the droit chemin look
