in some groups they are "shared" between the leader and some of the group main men,or offered to donors,in several cases when you see people going on stage to give money and secretly talk to the leader, some of the guys "pick" the dancer they want at that very moment,or dancers are sent on mission to get lots of money from a donor,in some cases also they'd offer them to some of their friends  in what they call gangbang or something like that

If you see such things happening in one of the industries a country is identified with then the blame does not only stop with the players, it extends to the government. Congo as a country is still raw!! There are things which can not happen in a country where working structures and good labor laws is practiced. If there were structures Deplick would easily walk to the nearest lawyer to take up the case but we've never seen any going to court perhaps it would be an exercise in futility.

Mboka Liya Burkina Faso once tried to go in the court against Werra because Werra slapped him, it finished with the judge assolving Werra because he was afraid that the Werrasonique might kill him or burn his house. But I think that all these leaders will pay one day, they are already paying loosing success and they will pay suffering once they will be old.

Sankara de Kunta could also being this because he said that he is making music. Maybe this could be one ploy into attacking these men so he can get attention helping him getting his music started. Sankara lives on polemic stuff.

He says the things Werra would like to say, but that Werra don't says because he needs to behave like the old and calm leader with no interest in beefing -.-

Like Musikasika once wisely said; be greatful of the opportunity La Zamba offered you and move on. Make hits and we'll support you like we do with all graduates...

It's always good for them when they are in the group but the moment they leave they try to make us believe it was the most 5 or so miserable years of their lives.
Deplick is just starting out as a leader and he's the biggest and only star in his group. The musicians in his group will do just fine with a little fame and probably won't have so many demands.
At some point he's gonna have stars in his group who will be feeling like they deserve more than they are getting. Then he'll come face to face with what the likes of Werra have to deal with everyday
And when he starts going abroad for concerts he'll also start facing the dilemma of who to take with him and who to leave behind and then there will be dissatisfaction among his musicians. Let's see how he handles that when he gets there.
For now it's easier for Deplick to talk and give all the advice about how to run an ochestre like I saw in on interview. He's not handled anything yet.
