some Maison Mere fans are crazy. So because at some point Ali Mbonda may have praised JB then it means he cant get help from Werrason.

strangely enough,i found fans of the days of fights between fans and between musicians much much much much much more mature than the fans of the social media era
and you'll see some super dumb logic pulled by someone and it goes 1,5k likes quick
We have lost our humanity in this social media era.

Just a few queries  on the same..
1. Do the musicians invest otherwise? I know someone like Ficcare has something on the side
2. How sustainable is it for a leader to support past and present musicians ? Why are they required to even support past musicians funeral?
3. Do they have retirement plans?
4. In post fame area female dancers seem to do better, why?

1 yes some do,like ficarre who has several business on the side but most musicians prefer the show off lifestyle until they fall
2 technically this happens only because band members receive zero copyright,so except the odd salary here and there plus the song selling which anyways ends quite fast with family queuing up at your house when they heard you received 10K for a song and the combination of show off and trying to build a house
3 retirement plans do not really exist only exists the option of running away in europe and now doing music just for fun
4  as for female dancers its obvious, dancers who have slept with their leaders and who were the leaders favorites receive support until today even if some left 15 years ago,and most manage to find a husband who is not in the process of having a stable life which is why they dont look like struggleing as much as men

I would want to know what Ali Mbonda wasted his money on if he actually had a salary, coz this man knows no life, He doesn't dress past 10$ and seems not to like women. I don't know but can someone smoke his fortune away? please advice.

Ali Mbonda wasn't paid for 9 months or something like that. Don't forget that life in Kinshasa is very expensive. Its one of the most expensive cities of Africa. If are famous in Kinshasa you will get everybody (family, friends, shegues, etc.) at your house asking for money. Another thing is that famous musicians like to live on a high standard. So its very easy to get broke if you don't try to do matolo (asking for money to donors).

I think we need to be careful what we say. Ali Mbonda was there for a long time no ways you spend over 20years with someone without regular pay. One thing i can say does Werra and the rest know his condition. Some things should be done in private.

I heard him talk about going to see Vieux Verckys so that would organise for him to be getting royalty money from SACEM or sth of that sort for the songs that were credited to him in Maison Mere. Do Congolese musicians (not leaders) regularly get that royalty monies if so is it significant enough for someone to survive on it?

Lol no. The Song credited to musicians are a fraud what gives money to the musicians (not leaders) are the many donors and fans who knows that the song is of such and such for example Lobeso got mad gifts and money for his song Kata Fumbwa wich according ti credits in the CD is a song by Lobeso and Bercy, but (those name also aren't their real names so how you gonna collect money where the song is made by a guy that legally doesn't exists? In fact you will nveer see a leader credit his song as Werra, Mopao, De La Patria etc.) if you go to SACEM (Congolese royalties collected by Congolese offices aren't a serious thing) 100% the song will be credited to the leader so the leader will get the royalties and the A/C will only get those high increase in money the first time that the sing gets released. Furthermore as Archos said Ali Mbonda is even in a good position respect to other Mbonda players some people never ever seen money.
