The issue of Koffi is not as simplistic as it is being put across. Those that live in Europe must surely know how the laws work in relation to convicted criminals and more so, convicted for serious offences such as Koffi.
So let's deal with the facts
Koffi is now a convicted peadophile with a 2 year sentence on his record. The fact that his sentence was suspended does not equate to acquittal. It only means that he won't face a custodial term (prison) but he remains convicted........Unless Koffi gets his sentence quashed or overturned nothing changes for him if he wins again against the group of feminists appealing his sentence. In fact I think Koffi will win cause at appeals stage, you are not allowed to introduce new evidence but identify errors made in law........so there is a very good chance that Koffi will win the appeal, but his problem is that the win does not absolve him of his crimes for which he is convicted.
European nations have very strict procedures for dealing with criminals intending to arrive in their jurisdictions. So, I find it very difficult to find circumstances under which Koffi can be allowed in Europe again as a convicted paedophile. If Koffi is a citizen of a European country and that country does not revoke his his citizenship, yes he can come back into Europe. However, his ability to perform near children and movements will be heavily restricted and monitored. In addition, other European countries where he is not a citizen may refuse him entry
Europe hates paedophiles.......murderers and drug pushers get it easy sometimes, but paedophiles no......Koffi is stuffed, there is nothing to celebrate.
