The worst Zenith I’ve ever seen. Weak Mediocre team, boring show, felt forced, I didn’t even like the lighting either.

i agree with you guys, this concert felt more like " okay we can also brag that we performed at zenith" rather than putting a proper show

I hate to look as if I'm jumping on the bandwagon but... This concert didn't really engage me at all.

I didn't really feel the passion in this one. Had Zaiko played there in '88, if the great split didn't throw a spanner in the works, that would've been way better. Hell, I'd rather have the Nous Y Sommes/Poison lineup play at Zenith in '99 than this lineup of... nobodies.

I think with the new team they still can pull up better show.

To think that they had alot of time to prepare the show. Because normally 2 months earlier but the concert getting cancelled because of visa's problems and the concert-promoter apparently still not having paid Zenith, but accusing their rival on tv for behind that.

The press gave an impression that their show was fanatasic and one of the best Zenith's ever. They are  one of the factors why Congolese music went down. Doing that just to get some money from them, expensive clothes and a trip to Europe. Every bandleader had his own militia.

Most musicians of that era, didn’t like Zaïko but just joined to come to Europe.

My brother went to this concert. He said it was worse live then what they put on the VHS.
