If I remember well both Défao and Theo himself said that Défao used to pay Theo Mbala’s schoolfees before becoming musician and Theo was even part of Défao’s fanclub. When Theo Mbala decided to become an atalaku, Défao had to write to his dad that Theo Mbala decided to stop with school and he became immediately one of Defao's favorites because of his work.
