You first have to upload it on an image hosting site,there's a few of them on the net ,I use http://tinypic.com/


You first click on browse then find the image you want on your computer or phone then click upload now and sometimes for security reasons they ask you to enter a code which they will show you. Once image accepted,it's process immediately and they give you the link to the image,copy the link which is under ''direct link for layouts'' which could be like http://i40.tinypic.com/2s9t3ko.jpg
When you want to post image on the forum,start a reply and then click on the insert image tab then paste in the image link as it is shown in this case http://i40.tinypic.com/2s9t3ko.jpg and click apply image,it should be embedded on the page when you click submit to enter your reply or post.
