this issue is very complex because of who it is about,so there are people who go for "no matter what we should avoid ruining the man involved because of who he is" against "a nobody defended by desperate single and past it women and by fans or rivals of the man involved"
if this was more about "random people" i am certain there would be more rounded and fair point of views( perfect example is jordan kusa's case being who he is  it did not become mad viral, it did not lead to people defending him in comments and youtube lives either just as much as as if did not generate much mad mad mad hate" so it ended up more like "well if he did that its fxxd up he should be arrested " and thats it
that being said,we must not forget that all what we saw and are seeing on social media,just like it is with our artists,is a very  minimal perception from what is behind the scenes, so for sure before and during,things happened both from the side of nicky and from the side of fally which typically got  much more people easily about 10 to 20 times more ,involved in the process,being who he is
so  as much as we find either of the camps embarassing,i think at some point,we'll know some truths,at least some "legal"truths
