Why did Deba O'Neil leave Quartier Latin so quickly? Koffi had so much confidence in him; he credited him as co-writer of Cameleon and choose him over Do Akongo to play rhythm guitar during the Bercy concert.

Lastly, who is Sarbatino Batracien? He is the only person credited as vocalist on Attentat that I do not know. I'm guessing he contributed as a songwriter, since he doesn't appear to have sung in any songs.

I don't know. Maybe he left because of the same reasons like Motingia Tunga, Bidjana Champion, etc. Who are were heavenly praised but then were shocked the way Koffi became angry against them just for little things. Koffi choose Deba above Do Akongo because he wanted to punish him for an interview he made and a videoclip of Sens Inverse made by himself. Dominique made an interview in Kinshasa with him talking about the songs he made in Quartier Latin and Koffi's album. Citing the songs who were credited to his name (Kot Kot, Coucou, Avion, Fois Cent, Automate, Spaghetti and Sens Inverse). Then the journalist asked him why Sens Inverse and other songs of Droit de Veto aren't promoted (Koffi made a Droit de Veto-VHS having only 3 clips Rond Point, Droit de Veto & Sens Inverse which only meant for the diaspora and not Kinshasa, because he feared that Academia could create a fanbase in Kinshasa)  which made Dominique then record a videoclip of Sens Inverse on his own. Koffi was at moment in France with Aliane and Didi Stone with a guy from his staff calling him and saying fake-stories to piss Koffi off. Saying that Dominique saw as he made Koffi, etc. while he didn't do something bad and talking in a normal way about the songs. So shortly after Attentat when Koffi came quickly back to Kinshasa to prepare the Bercy-show he argument with Dominique. Dominique was so angry and wanted to leave immediatly, but Beniko, Mamale and co tried to calm him down. Then Koffi ordered the musicians, dancers and bodyguards of Quartier Latin to not inform Dominique and Popolipo that they were rehearsing at his mothers house in Binza until they went to Europe.

Alain Kabobo aka Sarbatino Batracien was a 2eme voix singer who was always dancing like a monkey and used to attack Bouro Mpela in those old VHS. He never got the chance to sing in Quartier Latin albums. In 2001 he decided to join Dakumuda's Lavignora Esthetique becoming then a keymember there. In 2007 he returned as a mineur, but he still didn't got the chance to sing in album and left in 2008 again. He's now in Europe and is a brother in christ now.

from 6:42 him dancing. Jordan Kusa stole his moves and danced it in Bercy. I'm still dead about that story about ofhim jumping in the public when they performed in Geneve and him acting like nothing happened, moving like then like a "mutu ya liboma" and after that crying like a baby.

from 26:37 him attacking Bouro Mpela hahahahahahahah so funny.
btw from 28:28 min when gipson was still black hahaha, his voice is so funny when he try to talk like a yankee.

from 1:54 him again. There alot of video of him on youtube.

Even though Koffi managed quite well with Fofo Le Collégien, Do Akongo's talent as a songwriter was definately felt. I heard he wrote Anissa from Affaire D'Etat, is that true?

At least Koffi credited Sarbatino Batracien and Jordan Kusa for being apart of the creative process, even if he didn't get vocals

He was Tabou Fatiu’s boyfriend for a moment until Tabou distroyed his life. If I was a musicien then I would never accept a relationship with a women like that. But Congolese musicians are crazy.

After Quartier Latin, he joined BCBG for a moment with Champion. But I don’t know why he didn’t returned with them. I guess that he orefered to get European papers. Then in 2003 he joined Viva Tendence having a vocal in Masayuki (Somo Trop) and he also sung in Nkuzi Lele (2006) putting a song there. In 2005 he released a EP called Acte 2 if I remember well then in 2009 he released Magie Noire. Somewhere in 2015 or 2016 he released a single.

Shallow his pride ? Its Koffi who started humilating him in and outside concerts, like the way he was doing to Eric Tutsi, Champion & CNN who all stayed behind in Kinshasa. Champion was lucky that some staffmembers convinced Koffi the same day to bring him to Europe. It was a good choice of   Mamale to leave, because if he rejoined them in Europe, it could have been worser. Look the way Champion left.
How did tabou fatou ruin his life?

hahaha nako loba tein.

Ahhh Loba nanu. Ozo tika biso na posa. LOL
