It is a good generic in the sense that its rythm is danceable and we cant ignore that fact. Take it or leave it, koffi has hit the nail on its head well. Not just selfie issues have made the song popular but the dance that goes with it and the length of the generic makes people crave for it. With the future survival of the song, lets wait for time.

Hate him or love him, Koffi has made people dance with Selfie and for anyone to dismiss Selfie that it is only popular because it is about selfies is being a little bit ignorant. You cannot take what you think and have people believe it is the gospel truth. Over here in Kenya people ask me to play the song on repeat and they say they like it because it is catchy and danceable and not because they associate it with selfies. But then again, if it was just for that reason, Koffi is a genius to pick on a trendy topic and make music about it that is shaking dance floors around the continent and beyond. Its art and you sell if you give people what they relate to!!!!!

It is a generique but with no proper animation except a few chants repeated throughout,the dances are okay too.
