the cover look like a single cover from the late 90's/early 2000s of an upcoming R&B artist.

The album was produced by JPS Productions, but had zero promotion, because it got released when Jean Pierre Saah ran away from France. The police was looking for him, because of being a intermediary of a mafia-gang in Miami, using his company JPS Production for money laundering.

Now it makes sense, I have always wandered what producer was seeing in Congolese music knowing there are very little money to be made. At the time JPS production was the producer of every big Congolese album A La Queue Leu Leu was produced by him and many other big album of Congolese music. Sometimes I think that Congolese music is like a drug cartel where producers are on the top, leaders a step lower and the mabanga donors are the drug users/aka the clients. I wouldn't even try to produce anyone other than Fally in the Congolese music scene.
