lol koffi and wemba are not in the list
then there is wazekwa, who is good on "waist" dances and very good in more physcial dances and choreographies
nioka longo who was a very very great "waist dancer" but it has changed a bit with age
then there is werra who is good on waist dances or even very good when he wants and good aswell in choreographies
then jb who is good or very good on waist dances and does not often do physical choreographies.....
BUT for me the best is or was defao,he is an absolute joy to watch very complete dancer

I agree with Archos, General Defao is right on top followed by JB Mpiana, the rest danc okay .Koffi Olomide and Papa Wemba not even a bit especially Papa Wemba but surprisingly someone in their league Nyoka Longo dances ok so we can't say it's age!!

Sans oublier Aldophe Dominguez. Nyoka-Longo was a great dancer in the 70's and begin '80. There even battles between him and Lengi Lenga and Mbuta Mashakado, when it came to Au Volant, Zekete-Zekete, Choquez, Funky or Soki olye musuni ya bato

So its definetly the talent ... JB can take some tips from Defao kiekiekie ... I think Kanda Bongo Man is also up there ... How about the Franco Luambos, the Madilu Systemes, the Pepe Kalles ... they were big-bodied, can they be ranked amongst the likes of Defao?
