Ferre is a joke, period. His next generique sounds promising so far but i won’t be surprised if he manages to fuck it up again and have some hard choreographed dances in the video as usual.

i was fearing the reaction to the charlie chaplin part lol( since its partly my idea like a joke then they took it seriously like a year after along with choreographer maitre ali eclipse and himself ) and especially whether it would be "too long"
unlike on some other generiques wazekwa seems to have balanced well all the different steps of typical cultura generique

This is much better from S'grave. I have seen comments from Maison Mere fans saying the only bad thing is that "he chose to release at the same as formidable". Well between formidable and Article 23, the latter  is far better.

Lol i was basically doing my version of the dance then to taunt ya felix i was telling him that i knew people who'd say his dance are like charlie chaplin thing, without knowing they actually took it seriously :D :D :D :D their final version is much more developped and better
you know what when i saw that part i said to myself maybe everybody will dislike except you

lol it always makes me laugh how fans of our musicians think their album will make it impossible to another to exist
there has been zero album like that since 2001 and i  doubt it will happen again anytime soon
its always solid, good, very good albums dragged a bit further up by the fame of the author and who are followed by studio sessions of a future album by 6 months after release
every artist in drc has at least 10 people who will pay attention to their work
in the wazekwa video comments i even saw comments by somebody from comoros, from ivory coast ...

The first part where the Atalaku were singing in KiKongo was legendary but the Charlie Chaplin part. Wow. My God it is astonishingly good. For real. I am not joking the dance moves seemed like a 1920 movies and actually are quite complicated even though they seems easy to make. Then bringing a real life Charlie Chaplin to the clip brought the clip to an another level for real for real
