The quarantine is to ensure you do not pass it to your loved ones, so it is necessary.
I do not know what your symptoms are, but if you are able to breath freely, there is hope still.
I have seen some members advising Garlic and Ginger, this helps.
From our experinece hereabouts most people do recover based on several actions:
1. Take lots of Hot Fluids ( Ginger/Lemon/Honey Mix to keep your throat warm and irrigated.
2. Take lots of Vitamins ( Fruits rich in Vitamin C) and other vitamins as well\
3. Exercise your body by sit ups/press ups and keep your body woking ( Do Not sit in a corner the whole day)
4. Finally, the throat is kept clear and clean by the hot drinks, but you need to clear your nasal/sinus/airway of the virus load. This is achieved by steaming. Take hot water in a basin, ( around 70 Deg Celsius) and cover your head in a towel and breath in the steam through your nose. This will moisten the airway and raise its temperature ( Corona virus does not survive in high temp) and weaken whatever virus are in the airway, giving your body a chance to fight. Try to steam about three times a day or as much as five times.
