What made it that Papa Wemba was the one that become the most succesful BY FAR out of the whole Zaiko clan. When listening to old Zaiko songs when he was a part, can you tell that he was destined for greatness? I just got done listening to Isifi Lokole and idk. A lot of times with stars you can tell very early on like “this one... we gotta watch out for this one he’s gonna be something”
Now I know we’re young but Zaiko was our parents generation, have yall ever heard any stories of yall parents speaking on the early Zaiko craze?

Seems like Evoloko was the one from the beginning destined for greatness.
What was the Wemba solo song that you guys think put him in a class of his own in the 70s and 80s?
