Look here you guys. A band leader is like a director of a department. If the director has no enthusiasm to encourage and monitor his assistants in marketing department , how will they be serious ? JB mpiana is the major culprit when it comes to poor marketing of bcbg. His centeredness is the major problem culpled with lack of marketing knowledge or education .

ahhh voila knew i heard his name somewhere,that guy was in a group which won a competition of street groups sponsored by primus guys,you might see much much more new faces in the coming days,genta is doing tests of musicians almost everyday recently soi wont be surprised to see many being accepted in the group,then ease in slowly,little by little as usual

Am still searching on YouTube for the concert.
