Oh no, this is a big step backwards for him, he is lucky he doesn't have any rivals, for example I would be feeling sorry if Fally went back to QL Ferre to Maison Mere and so on. I hope he can keep staying solo

Will Cultura revive his stardom? Nope, but at least they'll be some career stability. He's got some good tunes, but people either don't know he's active or they don't care enough about his music as a solo act anymore.

He probably had a deep chat with Wazekwa and Wazekwa told him he will slowly move away from music but he wants Joss to carry on representing his group as a leader because, let’s be honest Eclipse doesn’t have the look or presence of a leader.

That's what I was thinking as well, Because it takes a LOTTT of pride for a solo artist to go back to their former group whether their career is working or not.

It's like Manda with Bana OK but we might be wrong because i saw Eclipse unhappy in one interview when asked about Joss returning.

jv you could be right 3 4 years ago i spent few days with him at his house  and one night joss came and they discussed until 4 of the morning and some of the things he said in the interview were talked about at that time already but wazekwa needed time to fully commit to it,also his staff was very against but it seems it has changed
wazekwa was saying already he wont be a musician until 65 which is in 2027 and was telling joss who was super super super ashamed although trying to hide it but i saw  tears in the corner of his glasses that in his plan it was clear in 2000 2001  already  that even if he died it would be joss carrying cultura after him and how they were crying together at airport with a temperature of -8 forgetting to put their coats on as all singers ran away and they feared never getting visas again so  he must realize how hard he broke that project by not only going to koffi but the way he went to,he was on his way to cultura studio for a lead song wazekwa had given him of one of his own songs  so that  day of lockdown studio was lost since it was then the last song of que demande le peuple and ends up the same day rehearsing ikia in studio ndiaye while they are calling him on phone

Will Cultura revive his stardom? Nope, but at least they'll be some career stability. He's got some good tunes, but people either don't know he's active or they don't care enough about his music as a solo act anymore.
First it means that your solo career is failed and you have throw it in the towel, second Joss went to Koffi as soon as he was approached while he could have benefited a lot next to Wazekwa, third Eclipse will not be happy about it for nothing at all since finally after Bercy and Gessac he was starting to become not only the number one atalaku but the chef d'orchestre, 'S Grave musicians especially Eclipse know that Joss went to Koffi as soom as he had the chance but they know well if they would do the same thing they would not be forgiven.
Eclipse especially will struggle with this because as JV said he hasn't got leader skills and charisma, and as Archos said he got slapped by one of his colleagues when Wazekwa was out and he was the chief in Wazekwa's absennce. How can that guy be a leader? Eclipse came in the game as a number two and it is really hard if you are a number two becoming a number one, with that said, I hope 'S GRAVE is not mean like the other groups because if this hapoened in Wenge especially Maison Mere they would slowly force him out like it happened when Roi David came back. Anyway I wish him good luck and I hope that Eclipse don't get too jealous and Wazekwa could keep them both. I don't want to say they are the same but it seems like when Ferre and Fally where in QL maybe Wazekwa trying to get both happy will end up with one of them leaving maybe not

My guess is they'll play nice so long as Wazekwa is around, but a leadership war will occur. If Joss couldn't handle a solo career, why should he be considered heir of Cultura? He's more charismatic than Eclipse, but he doesn't have the voice from previous albums and his rhumbas all sound monotonous. I feel like Wazekwa should have been priming his replacement based off of the talent he already had.

I'm surprised Joss took the offer, Gesac should have stayed in Extra Musica lmao

My exact thoughts. How can he handle a whole band of experienced and egoistic musicians in Cultura yet he failed to run his own with novice manipulable musicians?
