Roga Roga’s egoism pisses me off. This is just 25 years of Roga Roga

Roga-roga is really one of the most selfish musicians. It is this selfishness that killed Extra Musica and made them no longer produce good albums as in the past

its a pity roga could have made such a great symbol there in making it a proper extra reunion and for example giving a good part of the money to hermann,it would have sent such a positive message that even though each of them has gone solo except rama and espe bass(sonor being a marginal member of the original extra) they are still family

The problem with musicians is they hold grudges.I saw Mboka Liya some months back i asked him why he does interviews slating JB Mpiana .I asked him why he went back and no answer from him.I have met Christian Solo and Patou Solo in Paris one thing that stands out is they said they dont say bad things about their bands.If things where bad they would have left straight away.

Very True, This is the time original extra should have done a concert in support of their brother Ngassaki.

Why do we feel that Roga Roga should be the one to do something for Herman? Why can't any of the other former Extra Musica members or even Congo Brazza artists do something like a concert for him. From the way I see it, the other former band members could have done something for their 25the anniversary & no one would stop them. They just don't care about their former colleague but it's easy to heap all the blame on Roga Roga

not just like that,but the problem is that over the last years and all attempts of reunion roga was always turning it too much like people must remember he is the one and only leader and founder of extra
roga gets the "blame" because he is the one who is in brazza and still the most active in his career, and to organize them reunion concerts they were required a bloody long process,for example the reunion we saw years ago quentin started presenting the project to authorities since 2008 but it happened 5 years later or more
What i meant is that since roga is the one who has the strong position of having concerts when he wants anniversaries when he wants in the name of the whole group but twisted to his own name maybe for us fans since he was the one who was in position to easily organize it it would have been great to see him call them and do something together for him
at the end of the day,maybe him or they did something or started,we might know later,what i just said was that it would be fantastic if in that opportunity we saw even just 50 per cent of them it would have boosted support for him big time

@ZamundaPrince

It's simple, Roga Roga has the influence to organize the musicans and attract sponsors to make quality concert happen. However, he chooses not too.

Let's not forget, it was Roga Roga's undying desire to be the creative center of Extra Musica that causef the mass defection over a decade ago...and it's the same one that caused their reunion concert to be such a fustrating failure.

@archos

Thank you! If Roga Roga desired such a concert, it would be a reality.

I understand all that about Roga Roga's influence. But it's rather obvious that he's not interested and will not do it. Someone else should take the initiative especially for the case of Herman

Big shame indeed @archos. We would all have loved to see Le Grand Moise Quentin, Oxygene, Guy Guy Fall, Durell, Arafat, Abilissi, Herman etc.

Let's admit that one of the few advantages Roga has over the rest is that Champion d'Afrique Ramatoulaye and grand pretre Espe Bass chose to stick with him, as I usually regard Espe being on par with the likes of Gode Lofombo, Christian Mabanga, Didier Masela, Rocky Blanchard etc, and Rama being on the same level as Le Grand Cadre Titina and Champion Esthetique. My opinion though.
