The most booklets of JPS Production artists are short. It looks like that Koffi Olomide was the only artist who gave Philiphe Guez the freedom to do his stuff on his albums. He was on his peak on Effrakata & Affaire d'Etat. Fally & Ferre has to put him as arranger of their albums. It's true no matter what people say about him on here koffi from loi to affaire d'etat was untouchable everything he put was fantastic fally and ferre haven't even put out album Anywhere near comparable to any of those albums koffi put outKoffi was better between Noblesse Oblige and Loi. He reached his peak during this period (1993-1997)No not even he reached perfection after Loi he easily sold out mystic halls like Olympia Zenith Bercy he also won Kora awards and so on every show and album was fantastic Effrakata being his best albumEffrakata is not superior to V12, Noblesse Oblige or Wake Up. I'll put it in the same level with LOI.Brothers I was talking about Philphe Guez being on the peak on terms of arragements, not about Koffi Olomide lol. He did also a wonderful job on Wake Up. Listen to Litio ya Calendrier, Esakola & Maryama Terre Batue. Papito Charme & Sens Inverse "Remix" were also amazing. About Koffi's peak-periode in terms of succes and popularity in Africa, I would say at it started from Loi until 2004. About albums I Always prefer Koweit Rive Gauche, Noblesse Oblige, V12 and Effrakata above the rest.

Ndeko, @Paysan Congolais these are subjective arguments you're making, so naturally not everyone is going to agree. It's kind of like asking a Jazz fan which Miles Davis period was the best.
