First her accent is funny,am sure she must be a luba woman.
Someone caught a fish and it later turned into a woman.
....Am not surprised by this anyway, this is also common in my late father's village which shares the border with the congo, lake Mweru separates the Zambian and Congolese villages in that area, it is widely believed that most top fishermen in that area turn themselves into crocodiles in order drive fish into their nets,it's common practice much that when a fisherman catches a crocodile in his fishnet, they have to play drums so that villages gather and they do a roll call to know who is missing as it is likely they could be the crocodile caught so they never kill crocodiles when they are caught in the lake mweru, that's what we were told when we visited the village in the 80's. :-D

This is why Africa will never progress because we hold on to retrogressive and archaic beliefs that serve only to keep us stationed in the past. Anyone that believes that witchcraft exists ought to have their head examined and its not an an insult but a dead serious suggestion. If we had the power to fly on the broom, to turn fish into humans, create lightning & do numerous other legendary tales, I am sure by now we would have attracted the attention of the best scientists in the world. Science thrives on opportunity.......hence there is no way witchcraft would be ignored if an opportunity was there.

Anthropological research has clearly shown that witchcraft is nothing but a part of the system of cosmological beliefs of a society. I don't believe or accept the existence of witchcraft. You will have to provide directly observed evidence or empirical evidence to convince; none of which is available at the moment - save for people's beliefs & faith. To put it into perspective, much of the so called "evidence " of witchcraft, is circumstantial evidence, instead of empirical evidence, in the form of jealousy, abhorrence, vengeance, retaliation and the like. So unless you can prove to me something that has not been proven before, i am neither willing to change my mind nor agreeing with you.

Last week something similar happened or was reported on in my country: Two witches crash landed in a property 400km from their homes coming from a mission to eat human flesh. Bollocks I say.

well i personally do not believe what is being stated that she turned from a fish to a human. not in the least (hence my initial about face from the topic). i do however believe in a spiritual realm that can be and is being manipulated by human beings on this plane.

in my opinion i think christianity and islam have harmed the continent more than anything. between missionaries and 'aid' on the condition that ppl convert.

"My main point here is that if you are the child of God and God is a part of you, then in your imagination God suppose to look like you. And when you accept a picture of the deity assigned to you by another people, you become the spiritual prisoners of that other people." © dr. john henrik clarke

"Religion is the organization of spirituality into something that became the hand maiden of conquerors. Nearly all religions were brought to people and imposed on people by conquerors, and used as the framework to control their minds." © dr. john henrik clarke

"When the missionaries came to Africa they had the Bible and we had the land. They said 'Let us pray.' We closed our eyes. When we opened them we had the Bible and they had the land." © desmond tutu

Still in Kenya, look at this video

Even a pastors prayers failed, only after paying the woman's husband did the young man's thing come out.
I know there is a medical condition that can explain this but why did the man only manage to come out immediately after the husband to the woman was paid?
