I think that they will plan a second date or 2 dates aside that. So there will be maybe a Double-Bercy or Triple-Bercy event.

@mvulusi96

Is the combatants problem in Europe resolved? I remember much of the noise was because many were angry about our artist being pro-Kablia. But since Kabila is "gone", perhaps calmer heads will prevail.

To peform the entire concert without incident, maybe Fally should hire private security to ensure everything goes according to plan or his staff could negotiate a peace agreement payment with those combatants for the duration of his concert.

His security should be ruthless and deal with these combattants .They spoil everything for us  to enjoy music.

Looks like some Werrason-fans aren't happy with that. I saw on some facebook-groups and a youtube video of Frank Stemay with Mbuta Likasu, comments from them, saying that he had to perform at Stade des Martyrs first. Giving reasons like, its next to him, other giving the example that both Werrason and JB Mpiana performed and filled Stade des Martyrs before performing at Bercy. Forgetting that Papa Wemba & Koffi Olomide both performed at Bercy without filling Stade des Martyrs (both concerts there were big mpiaka). It won't suprise me if the Werrason-Fally beef would come back, because elders never likes to see their little brothers succeed. I remember Werrason & JB Mpiana in 2007 minimize the succes of Ferre Gola & Fally Ipupa when they were starting to have concerts with big crowds, with Werrason even saying that only gospelgroup Makoma scared him, while the question was what they found about their succes if G5 and not if they felt threatened about their succes.

I think its better to send those videos of the combattans to the police and to arrest the leaders 2 days or 1 day before the event.

Yes, he should hire a few more Maître B52’s. Swiftly respond to combatants leading up to the show

I saw that Wemba's former bodyguard Poison Gorbachev will made a big interview tommorow with the Congolese press. It seems that he's also against the concert of Fally and that of Koffi in the future.

If Fally Ipupa performs a successful Double-Bercy or Triple-Bercy event, can we accept that Werrason is finished? We know how ruthless fans can be, but I can't see how Werrason could downplay this type of success.

If we're being honest, 7 Jours de la Semaine had enough impact to build up to Bercy or Zenith if Werrason was aggressive with promotion and touring. He's booked similar venues with albums of lesser quality.

Hahaha. Werrason’s succes doesn’t depend on that of Fally. Its just about how people will receive his albums in the future and how succesful his concerts will be. Fally and Werrason aren’t  of the same generation. Fally Ipupa and his friends used to copy Wenge 4x4 in Bandal, when Werrason and his friends where touring Africa. Its like you are comparing Tabu Ley to Emeneya. Werrason is already a legend while Fally has a long way to go.

Werrason could easily plan a concert at Zenith, but they were scared for the combattans. Don’t forget that 7 Jour de la Semaine was released some days before Heritier’s Olympia. Fally’s project of performing at Bercy isn’t of today he wanted to perform there already in 2012, but they were waiting to let the anger of the combattans cool down. The same for Werrason who was every year since 2012 teasing people to perform at Zenith and in 2014 at Bercy ( after the cancellation of JB’s concert at Zenith) just to test the reaction of the combattans. But the combattans were everytime replying very hard on Facebook and YouTube with Werra’s camp denieying to have planned a concert. Now we are 8 years further since the ban started and everybody (Werrason, Fally, etc.) is already to plan concerts in Paris, because they are fed and can’t live that way anymore (the entrance-fee of some concerts in Kinshasa is two coca-cola bottles, all VIP’s concerts just being invitations to donors, the staff, journalists and close friends. Because nobody wanting to pay 50 or even just 20 to watch a concert.)

I can't believe these musicans let a bunch of street holligans restrict them from lucrative concerts for almost a decade. That's like if a group of residence in Brooklyn tried to riot and block the Barclays Center from hosting concerts for musicans...the police would send units and shut down that protest with force and serious legal penalty.

The musicians themselves also help the combattans. Alot of Fally-fans, Werra-fans and Fabregas-fans helped the combattans to cancel Heritier’s concert at Olympia. Fabregas and his brother Christian were happy when it happened. The same thing happened with JB Mpiana’s concert with some sources saying that Koffi supported them. That problem about the concert could have been already solved in 2014. Because Rouph Mbuta Nganga, Nyboma and co were already negociating with the conbattans about that, but JB Mpiana messed it all up by announcing his concert at Zsnith with all combattans being furious and also alot of people in the diaspora (back in those days alot of people found that JB, Werra, Wazekwa, etc,.had to be penisjes for singing for Kabila’s campaign). So they had to start all over again and them only agreeing about diaspora-musicianss performing in little restaurants since 2014.

I think that all those could have Bern solves if the Congolese artists were united. But they are just fighting about who being the first to have openen “the door” to bring concert back in Europe. The Bomoko-association was made for that, but it ended up by becoming a association of the elders (Wemba, Nyoka Longo, Wazekwa, Werrason, JB Mpiana, Manda Chante, Reddy, Tshala Muana & Mbilia Bel) to get money from Olive Lemba, Joseph Kabila and the big officials of PPRD. They didn’t want to associatie the young generation (Ferre, Fally, ...) and Koffi (who was then isolation from everybody) to not get a smaller amount of money.  It’s always the same bunch of people to get money from politicians and when there are funerals.
