The refrain is exactly how  Quartier Latin used to give short in concerts and those VHS' (Destination Parc des Princes vol. 1 & 2 and Les Coulisses de la Grande Ecole)

If Koffi still decided to release the song that way, then it would have been a historical distrack (towards Academia). Because when you her "asala bango, babosana. Oyaya yee amema bango, ba ignora."you will automatically think that its about them.

Yeah I heard this song and thought the same thing. I think Bozi's version was released first with the album in 2000 and then QL  started singing it when they returned after their Bercy tour in October 2000, and kept singing it till 2001 before Zenith.

QL Integral also sang a bit in the song Confirmation at 1:41 "Osali nga mabe", which I think was either a diss towards Sam Tshintu or Koffi, but I think it was most likely Sam due to the way he forced Lebou out of Academia.

Bozi's album Jeu Muke came out in spring of 2001. I think that it's a "faute ya commercant" . Mamale had also his own version of it, in a maxi-single he released in 2005, but I can't find it anymore on youtube

I really wonder if vocals of Fally, Jordan and Montana in Bilan were the same of the 1st version like Soleil's one.

Ahn I see. Wasn't following Anti Choc much. It could be that the videoclips came out at that time. If I remember well they got released just before when they came performing at Bataclan with Adolphe Dominguez and Z1 International.

Sam Tshintu was really Koffi's nightmare in that time, he used to attack him very hard in almost every interview. It made me always laugh, when he denies that he ever dissed Koffi. I remember him claiming in an interview that he Koffi sold his house of Montfleury and that all people who came to the Stade des Martyrs-event of 2002 entered the stadium for free, that Koffi is a big witch and will never be able to finish Academia.

It’s crazy how Sam’s career finished not long after that. He really shouldn’t have gone back to Europe he should’ve stayed in Kin. His career never recovered after being blocked in Europe all them years, nowadays he does his thing and releases good music but it’s not the same. One journalist needs to pull up receipts of him attacking Koffi when he next denies ever attacking Koffi lol.

Are they cool now or it's cold between them?
