After Koffi's complaint, koffi himself took the video on his phone as you can hear him arguing a bit with Mosaka as Mosaka is brought into the Police Chief's office

It was predictable, he had already escaped police action several times during the hot moments of their conflict
and this is not the last arrest of stuff like that we'll hear these days
there is also a complaint of fally against celeo for example... plus fally's second complaint against ndjora and against ronsard ngoma who pretended babia died because of fally
in my opinion,if one has to be jailed then all of them from koffi himself, his spokesmen(ronsard,merveille,ndjora),to roger,mosaka,boguys

Mosaka must not care about his dad for him to be living in a house like that when Mosaka himself has a nice home.

I hear you on this one, and in most cases they're caring for the extended family(as is evident here) their main concern is food,shelter,safety and that the kids are being schooled...

 Yes i think you guys are spot on,even guys like werra or wazekwa have their mothers who have refused clearly to live in other houses than the old family ones
or i also heard a young guy,dont remember if its deplick or fudji,who said his dad works as a cleaner at one of the universities and  mum sells food in streets and both refuse to abandon their jobs because it those jobs which made them feed their kids until they became what they are today so they are proud of their jobs
back on mosaka,from what i heard,this thing has turned into a war between who can back up jb and koffi (authorities) either to maintain mosaka in jail and even jail some other guys with him,or get him out of there
shaka kongo went to court and stated clearly that its not even clear the reason why he is there but must a way for both artists to continue conflicts since they fear doing it again on tvs because of kaniama

I remember Deplik mentioned something like this infact Sankara also said crap about this too.

It would be nice to know under what law Mosaka was arrested and jailed for 3 years. In my country Zambia, only the President is immune from insults, you can insult even the Central Bank Governor or even the Vice President of the country and nothing will happen to you,you'll probably just be slapped by overzealous party cadres for insulting their leader so it's quite strange that a chap like Koffi Olomide can put justice officials in their pockets for them to ignore all cases and expedite his case and send someone to jail for 3 years in a maximum prison,so strange indeed,it just shows how broken and corrupt the system is, hope things backfire, hopefully JB Mpiana can work with his politician friends so that the police and justice officials are taken to task for corruption.
