He's giving himself a tough time, he cannot give Ferre and Fally a tough time because they are already on a different level, he's wasting his time.

uhmm is that ture that the his album Mutamba had a big succes in Kinshasa, because the congolese press did report many times that the album was a flop and don't convince the people in Kinshasa.
I doubt that he had played 4 times that the FIKIN.

yes true, not the whole album but the generique at least had success the problem is that album arrived in kinshasa 3 or 4 months after release in europe due to censorship comitee so it took  time to be accepted by kinshasz fans
as for fikin yeah he played 4 times, fally 3,ferre 3 aswell
this years' fikin was particular because most of the big stars had a lot of concerts already booked so it allowed the likes of lacoste, brigade, fabregas and co to have a lot more opportunities

I hate his jealousy and idiocy. You know this guy says all sorts of things about Ferre Gola, he says Ferre acts like a dull person which effectively means Ferre is dull but that same Ferre is 5 times more successful and richer than him.

To be strict with music, I can admit that Didier Lacoste beats both Ferre and Fally where overall arrangement is concerned but on his last album Circulation Mutambu he lost it, he wanted a repeat of the success of Kingongolo but lost his way, his generiques were plain, no solo guitar, even Swede Swede did better stuff.
