A late 2013 release, but my strong feeling is that it flew under the radar, so some of you guys not have heard it yet. I think it's great, but why was Equaliser invited? 5 sec of him and you realize why things didn't work out after leaving Fally.

Equaliser

Champion Esthétique
Solo: Ramazani & Felly Tyson (he's namechecked by Champion)
Accompa: Fofo Le Collégien
Bass: Binda Bass "Roberto Carlos"

Sounds like it was recorded in Studio NRJ, Ramazani's home base In recent years. So he's probably  the arranger as well.

Because he was famous at that time. In 2012 he was the most populair atalaku of Kinshasa. The generique Tshimoke with Fabregas and Kimbangu Solo brought him in the spotlights. Which made Koffi happy and he proposed him and Fabregas to join Quartier Latin, whom only Equalizer accepted the offer. So when he joined Quartier Latin, Koffi was then on the top everywhere in Kinshasa & Congo DR with the Abacadabra-album. So when he came he created the "azo lia na nani, azo yeba te-animation". Which brought him on the top and people comparing him to Bercy, Lobeso, Kunzardo and Brigade. With people in Kinshasa playing that animation of him from the 2012-FIKIN in bars and nightclubs. Koffi then decided to record an EP meant for december 2012 to fight Power of Fally and Ferre's Boite Boire who were annouced for that moment. In order to make every atalaku happy he decided to let record Tresor Nzinga's his own generique Sans Repos and Aspirine his generique Koupe. But then Equalizer made the mistake to praise Fally in an interview after their succesful shows in Abidjan. Where he said that only Koffi and his son Fally are on the top in Abidjan, which didn't Koffi was at that moment in war against him. So he humilated Equalizer by leaving behind in Kinshasa, while they went to Angola or another African country. Equalizer who's his a proud person decided then to leave Quartier Latin and returned to Europe. And he profited then from his fame and started be invited by many artist based in Europe (2013) and working with Celeo on a coupe-decale remix, which made Fally hate Celeo. He recorded quickly a single called "Mata Nzete" who was at that time well received and started to work on his solo project. He was still thinking that Koffi Olomide would replace that EP and that he could profiting on that. But Koffi suddenly changed his idea and decided to make from that EP, Cindy's album. With songs who were meant for that EP getting deleted. Equalizer's voice in his own Generique getting replace by that of Cindy. And the Cindy animating a big part of Koupe and Sans Repos, who were first meant for Tresor Nzinga and Aspirine themself. In the time that Brigade decided to Maison Mere, people contacted him to replace Brigade. But he said that he could only join a band where they sign contracts and pay musicians every month. After that people started to forget about him slowly and in 2014, nobody talked about him. Fally and his staff started to mock him. And journalist Naty Lokola asking Fally why not to get him back in F-Victeam, because he's suffering. With an angry Equalizer responsing. After that nobody heard about him until 2017, when it was reported that he would replace Kunzardo in Team Wata.
