No racism involved just curiosity I am a Bakongo 100% (even though I still didn't took a DNA test) NeLukeni by mother and KiM'Panzu Mbau by father, since my type of Bakongo culture is matriarchal I am a NeLukeni because I have to take my mother lineage, so this means that my son will be whatever nationality the mok will be, what are your nationality, or your ethnicity history?

My mother is a Muluba. Her clan is Bakwa Dishi. Their dialect is cosidered as the oldest and most pure of Tshiluba. My father is a Mukongo. His subtribe is Besingombe. The land of besingombe is between that of Bandibu and those of Manianga, who are upriver. Their districts in Kongo Central are Gombe-Matadi & Ntimansi. Their community is very small compared to Bantandu, Bandibu, Bayombe or Manianga. Known Besingombe are Simon Kimbangu, Augustin Dokolo (father of Sindika Dokolo), Ebale Mondial, Kiese Diambu, Dalienst Ntesa & Kisombe Kiaku Mosi. Besigombe are known to have invented Fumbwa.

And I love them for it! My favorite dish.  Eat that with kwanga and I'm on Cloud 9.

My family are Bas-Congo and our subtribe is Manianga. Of course our tribal language is Kikongo.  Although I don't understand much Kikongo, I'd love to learn as it's a beautiful language.

My parents are from DRC. I was born in the states which was in Nebraska. I live in Minnesota. They are BanguBangu which is a direct cousin of the Baluba which Kabangu came to form a sub group called "BanguBangu". My father is Bangu Bangu Lusangi and My mother is Bangu bangu Hembo.

I am a Bangu Bangu Congolese American. Technically I am a "Muluba".

It is interesting that I meet Congolese people frequently, but all of them are from Bas-Congo or Bandundu. Never met anyone from other places like Boende, Lumumbasi or Mbandaka.
