Good question. It is Ferre Gola. Ferre Gola still has his voice. No one else has a voice like Ferre. Not Fally let alone Fabregas. They are not vocally superior to Ferre Gola.

Yes you are right, between the leaders is the guy with the best voice, the second is JB alongside with Deplick, but Deplick sometimes lacks the strong stamina to keep that "crying" voice he does, Werra, Fabro, and  Fally, they have a very strong marketing team, and a great music behind I mean Cursus if I don't go wrong (didn't really played attention at the album's name except for the very ugly lyrics of Zigida had some excellent song my favorite are Lokolo and Osana, Fabro took the spirit of the Emeneya's synthe and made it more alive then ever

To me is not that I don't respect them but they are old for me I mean like Manda Chants, great singer but to me it really doesn't tell me anything, for Karmapa, he is great but sometimes he is monotematic with that thing of Koffi, my favorite artist is Werra for the 2017 but of course I am a Werrasonik so I can't really be impartial

Fabregas was and is the man for me.........Actually him and Light Music are currently the only best thing in Congo music scene...........Also Fally proved that he is good no Seben or Generique on 2017 but still an African darling (still don't see how Ferre is better than him) good marketing team or bad Fally is a complete artist (Ferre - Robinio - Deplick - Brigade - Cappuccino - Heritier yah these guys on the same league, Fally and Fabro have crossed the bridge #hard truth) ..............Also expected a lot from Ambulance i feel like he is so good but he didn't do much

Fabro Maestro for me. All he needs now is a formula to break past the DRC borders and find greater acceptance in other African countries especially. I'm  talking of Zambia, Kenya, Tanzania,  Zimbabwe. I don't know how his fan base is in Angola and Abidjan although I somehow assume it would be automatic. And he needs to maintain his good relationship with werra as well.
