He was a little bit of a copycat of KilaMbongo, in fact when I was little I thought they were the same person, but I never wonderstood why he had so little space in Extra Musica, I can understand Arafat was overshining him (In fact even in the videos it is rare to see KilaMbongo totally alone I meant Typhoide) but I would have loved to have seen him perform more. His cries also were very repetitive and not deep like Kila Mbongo, Arafat and to some extent Zaparo De Guerre and Etats-Unis.
To you why he didn't have that much space? I think that he didn't have the Charisma and that after being used to be alone for some time Arafat didn't really want a second guy there

Typhoide was forced to copy Kila Mbongo. If you listen to Universal Zangul's album Tapis Rouge, he was using his own voice. Roga Roga's vision was to bring him slowly in.  In the song Primus Engoudouka he had more space. In the album Tapis Rouge he could finally show his talents and made the press of Congo Brazzaville vote him as best alakau of the year 2006 and a rivalery starting between Afarat 2500 volts and Typhoide Tarzan. Arafat 2500 volts went to attack Typhoide Tarzan on the start of the song 72 Minutes de Silence from the La Main Noire-album who came 3 months after Tapis Rouge on the market.

Go listen to the songs Ibrahima Sylla, La Vie Onongo, Pepero & C'est Deja Fait. You see that he's a talented looks. It didn't had do something with charisma, because he had better looks then Arafat.

Typhoide lives now in Pointe Noire like many other artists. He's now solo and does like most former atalaku's coupe decale music. He left Universal Zangul in 2009 along with Rossen Yaourt and others to form their own band Generation Universal, but the group disbanned quickly after leadership wars and now they are all solo and all live in Pointe Noire.

@mvulusi96

I feel like they killed their careers when they all went solo
