I have seen his interviews with Ado and also some answer of his staff Levan Valentine even though he wants to appear as a super parte journalist. And there is a recurring theme, Roga ain't the devil, all Congolese group doesn't pay their musicians, you left Extra because you wanted to make a solo career and knew you were going to fail and that's why you talk bad of Roga. And from Roga you hear that he pays his musicians and they go outside because they want to hurt him after he have done so much for them.

Why are these people fan of Roga and Roga himself keep denying the truth? And why Roga doesn't want to pay his musicians despite him having great funds for it? Not judt him but most Congolese leaders why this obsessu9n on not paying people (I am looking at you Fabregas) but then complaining that you got people who leave in Europe in the middle of the tour etc.?

simple to explain once you have reach a certain celebrity as a leader, our musicians, since pretty much professional congolese music exists consider that you can never ever think that you were wrong let alone say it,and they have understood that most of their fanbases got convicted to think like that aswell, which is why every time the bigger leader is always the victim of ungratefulness the jealoused because he has whatever car,i have never ever seen any of the bigger artists have even 40 per cent of their fanbase stand and say bro this time you were not right just allow it accept and move on,its always all for saving the pride
by the way that levan valentin guy used to be rooting for kevin mbouande in his past channel, guys who come to the group of their rival and stay there like to over do things to prove they are the most dedicated and loyal
in the mentality of congolese music if you admit you are wrong its like you are throwing a part of your leadership away, which is why most leaders start being nice are trained to become mean, then once they have cemented a proper fanbase start playing with their fans mind with victimization to look like they are saints form heaven,to cover for how they are in private which fans never see unless you have a caught camera moment like for example the multiple rude moments of robinio towards his group

But aren't they afraid that it will backfire likemit happened with Madilu  if I am not mistaken right? Was he the ine who wasn't paying his musiciansand told Koffi to do the same?

The thing is that their plan A B C D E F till Z  is always playing the victim, even if a complete group leaves them, knowing  they have a cemented fanbase, instead of thinking "i must fix up" they'll automatically activate" you see life is unfair, they came with broken dress i made them who they are they stabbed me in the back" and influencing people to hate as much as possible those who left, then in most case they manage to come with a strong artistic response which blows their fans even more away from the real issue and so it continues forever in the cycle of the leader is always right
all of them leaders will proudly say they can all leave i dont give a fxxx but as soon as it happens you'll see them coughing for no reason losing appetite  and so on then activate victim communication  even if the musicians leaving have valid reasons to have left
the curve of behavior of our leaders rarely goes from he started badly  then fixed a lot of mistakes, its always they start being at least nice with their musicians and telling them "this is our group" then it becomes "this is my group be careful" and ends up in " whoever is not happy is free to leave this is my group" and then goes to "they betrayed me,x artist is behind it because of jealousy" then they recruit another crop of desperate young guys who will tolerate the not being paid for years at expense of some spotlight until they also lose patience
add to that the eternal war between staff and musicians, sometimes it does happen in a good day that leaders want to pay well when for example a hefty amount came from a private concert to a president but the staff will do their best so that either absolute majority stays between the boss and them like 96 per cent of it and 4 per cent for 50+ group employees to share,or they'll accept losing on it pretending to be loyal to the boss in encouraging him to buy a new range rover for his pride rather than pay the guys who will "fear them admins less" if they get paid
