Yes actually this is a good album. For me the best tracks are the Générique and Kalayi Boeing.

In Kinshasa the album is still respected and also the old generation of Europe. It’s just the instagram-generation does not really rate it, because they didn’t witness the succes and since that Solola Bien, Kibuisa Mpimpa were Maison Mère’s biggest succes they just jumped in (them being born in 2000, 2001, 2002, etc.).

I feel like if Intervention Rapide had better mixing and/or was recorded abroad, it could've blown the competition out of the water and essentially turn MM into worldwide stars on the first go.
