A featuring packed album form the the grand compositeur/Sapeur, Modogo GFF. Was looking forward to this album since it was announced in 2011. Highly recommended
King Kester, Aimelia Lias, Bozi Boziana, Suzuki, Brezza, Caen Madoka, Pathy Bass, Simolo Katondi, and more. This is I believe the last studio work the late, great King Kester did (RIP).
It's interesting that he will stay in Chicago for the release rather than doing the usual promo rounds on different shows in Kin.
Here is with (opportunist and a snake of a man) Rev. Jeese Jackson after his church performance:
A friend of mine has a copy of the album already and says its full of world pop songs and a few génériques. He doesn't like it despite being close to Werra's circle in Chicago area
Sounds like a pipe dream, but he's seem to be taking legal steps behind the scenes to handle the case in France. He wishes Fally and Héritier luck for their upcoming concerts
His single will be available for download June 21st
Notre père, 100% Star, Bakala dia kuba, Jules Shungu Presley, Petit Rossi, etc etc.. The man with many names, but one unique voice. Your presence is dearly missed, but the legacy will always live on.
Due to low attendance. This time everything has been eerie quiet with no postponement announced or interviews rounds. Don't want to be too rude, but hopefully this is a little wake up call to vieux Quadra that "ain't everybody feeling her like that".
For those of you wondering why she doesn't go solo, this is precisely why
I thought this song and clip deserves its own thread. From disc 3 with his son, Mathius doing a cameo. Just sublime
Lots of recent songs with the same title, but this is the best
The usual buzoba-rie in the comments section. Seems like the fans of the opposition are the ones camping and commenting heavily on all the new clips for all artists
DAMN. Ferre brought his A++ game for the rhumbas. I'd say next level compared to Boite Noire. It'll take a good week or two properly anaylze the songs, but just about all rhumbas are at least excellent.
I don't care much for the generiques though and found myself skipping them. Arrangement is lacklustre in comparison to the rhumbas and Charly could really use a new guitar.
