Congolese Music / WERRASON'S BAND IS THE WORST MANGED BAND EVER IN THE HISTORY OF MUISC

Like politics, music has a lot of cadres who seem to support artists in everything be it good or bad. I do not want to sound perfect or better than others but Wenge Maison Mere is so poorly manged even a five year old baby would tell. They recruit everyday. Some musicians leave even before making it on an album. Werrason needs to check the following:
1. You cannot have half the band leave a few weeks before release of an album and still have the guts to say they are wrong. You are not dealing with babies but adults who reason and they will question your thinking.
2. Music comes with attachments, you cant keep changing musicians like clothes and expect to keep a large fan base.
3. No matter how good an album is if half of the people who sung on it leave shortly before its release, then it will be a flop
3. Why do admins, Kakol and one artist seem to receive favours while those who have stayed longer, are better musicians and remained loyal are sidelined? What kind of management is that? Worse still they are volunteers?? Only street kids would remain in such a band.
4. If musicians leave you to join an artist of their age and generation with only one album, it says a lot about how frustrated they are. All their boss does is to share pictures of his newly acquired mansion in Chicago with his preferred team members enjoying while the rest wallow in poverty despite sacrificing so much for the group. That is simply unacceptable and Congo DR should check this.
5. As time goes all the remaining good ones will go and it will even be difficult to poach from other bands.
Lobeso, Polyster, Arnake, Olivier, Eboa (close), Tadet (close), Mile (close) ...... all these are almost out of the band and all you do is insult them and show off your wealth while favouring others?? Let him shift to Chicago and get a job for some American artist as a sound engineer or something than torture these innocent hard working young men and women. His style of management is the worst in history. Congo DR should have a regulatory institution, levels of exploitation in the music industry are too high and Werrason should be the first target.
Watanabe should just get the entire band. Let him get Kakol, Bikorino, Sarah, Ambulance and the rest. He knows what he is doing and success is assured. Werrason and JB should retire stop wasting our time. JB takes a decade to release an album and Werrason runs his band like a piggery. That is what has remained of Wenge!
