Congolese Music / MOST ANNOYING CHANTS/DANCES?
« on: Today at 01:12 »
"Tchaka tchaka, Tchaka tchaka yo, Tchaka tchaka, Tchaka tchaka niata, Tchaka tchaka yo, Tchaka tchaka boma ma, Tchaka tchaka, Tchaka tchaka yo, Tchaka tchaka niata, Tchaka tchaka yo, Tchaka tchaka boma ma, Tcha Tcha Tcha Tcha Tchaka tchaka, Tchaka tchaka yo, Tchaka tchaka, Tchaka tchaka niata, Tchaka tchaka yo, Tchaka tchaka boma ma...." - Tutu Calludji 2000-2002

It was fun in the begining, particularly on the fire sebene portion of "Walay Danico", but afterwards at concerts Tutu beat just it to beyond death. I was convinced he ran out of ideas and his atalakou days were starting to pass him

What are other chant/dances you guys find annoying or bad?

Congolese Music / Re: Letis Madilu & Bana System
« on: Today at 00:43 »
Letis was Madilu's "fils à papa" (favorite son). He always gave him mabanaga andbasically groomed him to be his successor. But as it the case of almost all musician offspring, it has been difficult for him to get traction. His group is young recruit and some musicians from Madilu's Rouyame Système

Of all of them after Koffi... I’d say Makaba Prince is the G when it comes to Ladie( my bro jokingly used to tell me its the lightskin effect him, JB and Masela, had that got them more b*tches than the likes of Werra, tata and Cele Bula ????????????)
Speaking about Makaba, yall know he had his first daughter at 14?! How old was the girl tho lol

Yea man, he went into detail about it on i think Noella Madinga's show a few years ago. He said he regretted it, but with his nostalgic tone you could tell he was loving every minute in the early days, kiekie. He was Zaire's Drake ("innocent face" but body count is crazier than the rest) and his band mates got jealous at times

With Wemba stating that his early girlfriends were older than him, it prob the same situation for Ordinateur

He's always kept simple and less satanic posters, thumps up man.

Yes, big up to him. Let's hope the album has clean success

Bro @manzambi, Werra is the real savage the more I think of it. He's maried to a freaking pastor, but that never stopped him from tasting dancers and the mères na Poto he's given mabanga to over the years.

All of these guys, all of them operate differently from us non-star folks. It's the star factor that makes the fundamental difference

Guys, the woman in Danger de mort & the Chocolat Chaud cover is actually the same girl who was featured in the "Number Two" clip years earlier from album Force de Frappe.

Hate to be the guy to point it out, but his wife isn't as voluptuous as the girl in the clip, who happens to look like her.

The way Alya's personality is, she'll never do a clip. But does she get jealous the way girls are sexualized in some clips?

I wonder where Alya stands with his music since she was a star struck fan when she meet him at Didi Olomide's funeral. Usually spouses get tired of the artist or athlete husband craft after a while

Wow, the two queens of the genre. Looking forward to this one.

They used to have a little cold war back in the dau

Congolese Music / Re: F'VICTEAM ARTIST - DJ ABDOUL "MIBALE MIBALE"
« on: December 09, 2017, 03:50 »
@jdog; your guy been talking reckless:

"I am the best player in history, both in good moments and the bad moments,"

"I respect everyone's opinions, but I haven't ever seen anyone who is better than me. I've always thought this.

"No player can do the things that I can. There isn't a player more complete than me. I play well with either foot, I'm quick, powerful, good with my head, I score goals, I assist goals.

"There are people who prefer Neymar or Messi. But I'll tell you; there is no player more complete than I am." - Ronaldo.

Arguable statements

That animator really sounds like Kabuya, he should've been shown more and given a shout out by Cappuccino.

I don't even think Lambio Lambio is affiliated with F'Victeam anymore, smh. That sebene he put was like 3 years ago

What annoys about this music is that they are doing the exact reverse of what the Ivorian DJs did. They ripped off DRC artists for years, now Kin DJs are stealing from Ivorian DJs.

what is this?

The music the local DJs are putting out. Walk into a Kin club and you'll hear this stuff
