He also needs to make peace with Beniko Popolipo and Do Akongo Dikoel, or what do you guys think?

Here it is live :-X

But on a lighter note @Shamala, this was actually an EXCELLENT song in my opinion. The original Solo partition was played by Christian Solo "AirBag" (Ex-WMMM) and the Bass by Cedric Beton (an exceptionally gifted bassist).

@archos, Congolese Gospel Sebenes are waaay better, trust me. In Kenya, the "gospel" music we have is just plain secular music hidden by the fact that it gets played on Sundays  ;D ;D

Now you got a good debate going. I am going to say not necessarily but he allow the sebene to become more useful for bands and even older bands like Bana OK. He was the one who created some great animations that other bands would copy and his voice made other bands get animators like him. Case in point Koffi Olomide. He got a Ekokota copycat with Quartier Latin. I forgot his name but he sounded like Robert Ekokota.

That would be Bivens Bienvenue Rappason I think.

Loving the "Style Moomberg" outfit he wears at 1:29. Real throwback!  :D

From minute 6:42 wow I stay amazed everytime I hear that tune

Here from 6:44 is complete

Who was the guitarist in that minute?

This particular song made me start listening to and love "Lingala" (as we call the genre here in Kenya).

Roga Missile is a beast!!!

Finally. A video clip of the Voyage Remix (Album Terrain Eza Mine, 2000).

Mboka Liya and Tata Mobitch must have smoked some high grade joint when they shot this clip  ;D ;D ;D :D. Check minutes 5:36-5:43 and 5:50-5:57....... Direct diss to that other group  ;D ;D;D

Thanks to Ingénieur Lz Tumbula for the clip.

@Shamala that's him, or at least that's his voice. But HE HAS AGED!!!! My goodness!!!  :o :o :o

Yeah he has been  serving an unofficial 10 month suspension  in maison mere already which is why he tries to record an album now on his own to survive
No way! What? Why? When? Where? ????????????

On a serious note, why is he suspended???? I thought he was the freaking vice president of Maison Mere....... ????????????

@Matebu have you listened to this version of Riana????

Carlyto and Debabas vocals were 100 percent.

Carrol Makamba and Roxy Nyawu's guitars always send me to another dimension ????, not forgetting Djo Mali's awesome bass lines ????.

I always thought Japonais was born in '78....... I mean, he started playing guitar at a very young age, and joined Taz Junior while in his teens......check out the video below, of him playing. A cute, baby-faced but adorable Japonais. I believe that this was in the early '90s.

If Japonais was born in 1969, he wouldn't be that young at that time, would he?
