I got to like Araignee over time, the video helped it. The animation was good along with the spider dance. Folklore songs are good like Musala, Mungala and Tshiluba.

Congolese Music / Re: FALLY IPUPA IS CONVINCED HE'S "THE GREATEST"
« on: September 17, 2017, 21:21 »
Fally is becoming or already is a great but he is not the greatest. He has yet to play Bataclan,Bercy, in Spain etc. or have a Effrakata or Kibuisa type of album. He has done stuff that artists of his generation or the next may never even do but he is still a long way from being "The Greatest".

Only Thierry Mugler is still in Light Music.

Hopefully this team stays together and get to start touring all over because this team is full full of energy and make good quality music.

He said that they were supposed to go play at a wedding. He says that people told the US embassy in Kin that Heritier was playing concerts when they got a tourism visa (whether you got a work visa or whatever they should be allowed to play since they were going to the states anyways and who are those people to tell an embassy not to let them in). He says they got the situation handled but since the wedding was the purpose of the trip they didn't go anymore. Michka says that the people who are happy with them not traveling should also party when his kids and his colleagues kids aren't eating and living well. They will play at Stade tata raphael on the 23rd. The next album will be a group album.

He's still with Heritier, I would've liked to see him with QL or F'Victeam but he said he didn't want to be in the shadows of his dad at QL.

Congolese Music / Re: THIS SONG DESERVED A VIDEO
« on: September 11, 2017, 05:09 »
There is a video. The generique is good but was killed by the Cindy part. If people liked Envoutement more then it's still good because it's Koffi's product, bad marketing thinking right there.

I don't know if this has been mentioned on the forum, but Cindy sounds like a faux chanteuse a lot of the time. There's almost always no depth or vocal range to her voice.

I feel (almost personally) insulted everytime Koffi calls her the best female singer in Congo.
Yeah she is not even close to the best female singer in Congo. But she is a good one, besides that one generique in "her" album she has never done a different voice.

That 100 million would help Koffi, his family and group. So she is saying he will turn t down just for her?? Nah she needs to go, she's really overstayed her welcome with fans.

Congolese Music / Prince Babia and Rice Matadien with Charly Solo
« on: September 09, 2017, 19:36 »
Prince made me smile when he sand Rice's vocal from Wumela. C'mon man you can't tell that Chikito and not Rice was the one who sang in Court Circuit.

14
Yeah they need to fix their problems first before helping other people. The other congo president needs to stop with the lighting cream.
