so judol, modashow, pajo and blaise esabe are now official untouchable first teamers it seems
hopefully other groups will also perform soon,i have seen fans from other groups and combattants say stuff like why they were not assaulted or even killed

Monsia a female dancer is also on her first foreign trip, Carine on her second.  It seems Agnes has been relegated or is on suspension.
Gladyse is also on the trip it seems...
The only guy I wish to be included is Josky

Emo, JB at least has some of the younger guys in stage consistently and travel the same thing isn't done in F'Victeam so give JB that credit.

BCBG is in South Africa from today!

ALAIN MAKABA SEBENOLOGY (1989-2005) MIXTAPE

ps..congovibes given big up below text

Alain Makaba Kayele Gambe was born on 29th of April in 1968 in Kinshasa. Music is something he inherited from his family as his grandfather, mother, brother, daughter and some cousins are/were musicians. Age 3, Alain started playing mbonda at parish Saint-Charles in Kinshasa, then later started learning piano at school while continuing to impress with his mbonda skills at church and also starts learning drums as well as harmonica and accordion with his grandmother. When Didier Massela returns to Kinshasa, he creates with Werrason, Zing Zong and Aime Bwanga the group "Wenge Musica and invites Alain Makaba to join the group few times after and he really develops his sebene skills alongside Zing Zong but since at that time, Wenge Musica, is only a group of students playing together for fun in holidays, Alain also plays as bassist in the group Les Shatas. Later on, he started participating in the group Bobongo stars of studio bobongo and learned use of synthé and song programming techniques. Those two experiences outside Wenge help him continue to improve as an all-round musician, studio engineer and arranger which will prove vital in 1986 as soloist Zing Zong goes to Europe leaving Alain Makaba role of the lead soloist and master of the group's artistic philosophy. After recording of first album, Alain Makaba goes to Europe to study jazz and musicology but often returns to Kinshasa for concerts. Three years after, he releases another song in " Princesse Pathy(sung specially for his girlfriend of then, patricia longomba, younger sister of the then drummer awilo longomba) interpreted by the group lead singer JB Mpiana. In the meantime , he had also participated to albums of JP Buse and Bimi Ombalé formerly of Zaiko and recorded a second version of the song fisol in the group's third album done in 1992 but released much later. In 1995,he decides to release a solo album album. Thanks to his various session works in Europe with a wide range of African and European artists, Alain meets Cameroonian producer Simon Ndjonang Lowe with his label "Simon Sipe music" and introduces him to other Wenge Musica members. From 91 to the group split, Makaba often complains about Werrason refusing to pay musicians which almost leads two times to musicians threatening to remain in Europe to form another band with him as they see him as a better chief. Jb's album is released in 1997 and the end of the year, the ego wars become impossible to handle despite several negotiations and most musicians follow JB Mpiana, Alain Makaba and Bula to create wenge bcbg. Titanic gets released in 1998. While the group is in Kinshasa, they make the band bigger with arrival of reserve musicians and during one of his visits in Kinshasa, he notices that change but does not see it as a problem as long as they remain a reserve team of Wenge BCBG, the recruitment of those musicians will then be one of the reason of conflict when JP brings most of those reserve musicians on Europe tour whereas Alain Makaba considers that 10 musicians maximum is enough for a tour and also the group is now presented as JB and his Wenge bcbg whereas the group was originally a group of 3 administrators. The day of concert of zenith in 1999, Alain Makaba who is upset arrives late and is told he wont go on stage until the one or two last songs and has a very strong argument with JB Mpiana, which is why when he goes on stage he is not the usual alain makaba who smiles, sings and dances while playing guitar but an angry Alain who plays with back turned to the crowd and moaning. He leaves the group soon after and remains in Europe and in 2000, he helps Aimelia Lias in his solo album constat. after that,he settlesin Gabon. In 2002, he records a second solo album "ya ku dominer. The rest can be found here (http://congovibes.com/congolese-music...) since Youtube won't let me post that long.

FELLY TYSON DIMBEDI SEBENOLOGY (1992-2016)

copied from the uploader of the Youtube video

Felly started in a street group in Yolo (with Shella Mputu) but then, he went for a test in Quartier Latin when the guy who played lead...had left and Koffi accepted him straight away as he knew all songs already. Two days after test, he was on stage at grand hotel, he joined in 1991! He had four songs in Quartier Latin such as Sheraton, Arche de Noé, Je t en prie and Martens. He is asked why he has not gone solo with all his experience and he says..."its not everybody who is born to be a leader so he prefers being in a group:. Felly has a lot of respect for Koffi, so he won't explain...why he left Koffi, it will remain forever a secret between both of them. About joining Fally's F Vic Team, he says it was natural since...he played Droit Chemin's Generique and they were very close in their Quartier Latin days. A journalist asks him why he did not join a Wenge instead of joining Fally, he says..."it would have been like starting life over because he would have to learn a completely different philosophy whereas with Fally its still the style of Quartier Latin and he does not mind the fact...he is older than his boss because in music...all what matters is having a good collaboration. He thanks Fally for opportunity of group album because he was not expecting....that at all when he joined the group, he thought they would only be there to do Fally's albums and that it has got a good reception. He appreciate all soloists but his idol..is Beniko Popolipo. The Quartier Latin sound, plesir!

Guys let's be sober with it. Why is JB Mpiana not releasing album? Is there something behind it. I don't think its normal.

Hehehehe

The British magazine. They stay thinking all black people look the same.

They're not too far off though, Mugabe's wife and daughter are big Koffi fans

haha this time jb tricked seguin wonderfully lol according to my big brother who was with them on that tour,jb texted genta and ficarre to come to his hotel and told them there was 60k to share for musicians and  they managed to get it and share it  into the 25 members
and as soon as they arrived in kin, seguin was surprised to see most of them in nightclubs while usually its him jb jdl and two three favourite they pick among the minor members
the guy would have chewed at least half if it was given to him as usual

HEHEHE man  am laughing

Man this argument is getting really old and repetitive BDM probably won't see the light of day we should just accept that if they're gonna do just concerts fine we have other artists to enjoy if jb wants to stop or carry on with music fine he has nothing to prove anyway

Exactly my point

Just leave music, BCBG is turned now to a street band only concert like JB hadn't the money to release an album, I am only sorry for Genta and the guys on his side

Here we go again.
This year BCBG has toured more than the other years.
As for the album JB clearly said 2019.(why the eagerness)
BCBG is not a street band
Genta is just doing fine...the other guys are also ok. otherwise there would have been an exodus.
Shamala come on, the only reason why guys don't go solo is because they have seen how bad Chai, Djino, Abel and the others are doing, JB said many times that BDM will be out in 2014, then 2015,2016,2017,2018 etc. How can you believe a guy who always contradicts himself? BCBG don't need too much concerts, people after a while gets sick of the same animation, even if BDM will be out tomorrow I would probably know 80% of animation, so JB really should just stop do music and focusing on his other businesses

hehehe i will try say it again ...try watching BCBG live concerts
In Angola for example i heard Gentas new animation and dance "makolo mapango" excuse my pronunciation...
About going solo...if you they badly off in BCBG one has alot of options eg joining other bands. At the end of the day it is work and how one feeds his family period.

and just on another thing where do BCBG lesser known artist go to at the tail end of their careers?

Anyone willing to do this?

They are "doing fine" and are "ok" indeed! I guess they told you that themselves, Shamala.
