Do you just want the CD's or MP3 will do? I have Aimelia's Constat and Shalai on my external hard drive, the actual CD'S are in my storeroom in the UK but got the hard drive with me here in Zambia. If MP3 is fine let me know which hosting site is the best to use for sharing .

Congolese Music / Re: SO NO ONE WILL SPEAK ABOUT THIS?

Marketing is very important. There are a lot of good singles and full albums by some Congolese artistes at home and in diaspora but the lack of proper marketing of the artistes and their albums is the cause of their failure to dominate, increase album sales or even get popular.

Look at Mirage Supersonic, Alain and Bouro especially on Mortel Combat, Kabose and all his albums, Sam Tshintu, Iyenga, Laurette LA Perle etc

Iyenga

Great singer but he needs to grow up,the same goes for the chronifuatis,if i were a journalist i would not entertain nonsense when am interviewing someone but it seems our brothers are just used to this shit. Before yoou do polemique with someone, make sure you match their level artistically and where business strategy is concerned.

The problem with kabose too that he is a bit hot tempered at time his uncle felix who was also a bit like that often tells him to slow down people do not know it since its kabose and he does not have that much of attention around him but its an habit for him to have i remember once he went to diss fally and ferre that they are blocking his songs on trace tv and so on and journalist put him in his place he literally insulted that woman and she said she'd not finish interview unless he apologized, which he did when there was 3 minutes left and just gave shoutouts and left
Kabose aza complexe, he is always accusing others of trying to destabilize him, why would anyone block his music on Trace Music, does he mean Ferre and Fally pay Trace not to play Kabose's music, sounds ridiculous.

Congolese Music / Mi- Solo
« on: May 05, 2020, 18:46 »
I saw a post about mi-solo and it reminded me of when Flamme Kapaya was "struggling" to fit in with mi-solo when Thierry Mogratana was on lead ????

Well, Kapaya's mi-solo suppressed both the lead and rhythm guitars as he always used an effects board and of course he used one of my favourite lead guitars ,BC Rich

Look at him there almost mocking Mogratana who at the time was not using effects board to enhance his sound,he used to connect directly to am amp.

Kapaya was not playing but when he did play mi-solo I loved how it sounded.
That's typical and standard tuning of mi-soloist Pica's Mbayo who was with Werra then Le Marquis and now literally Ferre's sound engineer.

Fantastic guitar......now what the hell is wrong with JB ,how many years now no album not even a single. Now i agree with EMO,it's not about wanting to produce quality music but being totally lazy and complacent. So what do the BCBG musicians do during the week, you mean none of the guys can release even a single with permission, don't they buy songs from composers, all too lazy.

Good tune,  bit of Deplik style at the start then a bit of Mopao style to close it off. I hear some mabanga Sly Papa na Kevin at Min 5.27 hope it's for me,thanks to the artiste, let's support him. Hope to get some bio about him :)

they need another atalaku ASAP
If you mean to compliment Zaparo then yes but if you're suggesting Zaparo is not good enough then there i disagree, he's a great ataluku, maybe it's only because he does most of the animation that one would get bored with his animation that's why most bands now have multiple atalukus.

So the sebenes of Titanic were shared by Makaba who played RDC, Champion Kapangala, Barakuda, Likala Moto & Omba. Burkina Faso "Mbokaliya" who played lead on Titanic, Proces Mambika & Serge Palmi. With the rest (Liberation & Tour Eiffel) being left to Maitre Fi-Carre Mwamba ?
Since we have no credits on who played what iinstrument on what song, just by listening, i believe the leads on Titanic were played as follows

Titanic - Burkina Faso
RDC- Makaba
Barakuda - Makaba
Omba - Makaba
Proces Mambika - Makaba
Likala Moto - Makaba
Tour Eiffel- Fi carre
Champion Kapangala-  Makaba thoough could have been Burkina Faso on lead and Makaba on bass
Liberation- Burkina Faso or Fi Carre.
Serge Palmi- Burkina Faso
