I will look forward to hear this album from Werrason.

Congolese Music / Karmapa and Felix Wazekwa Beef???
« on: June 21, 2017, 15:40 »
Apparently I have heard rumors that they were or is bad blood between Felix Wazekwa and Karmapa.

Before Karmapa became big, I have been told by some that he sang on Felix's two albums

One was in 1997

Second was in 2001

What would the cause of this conflict? Can someone tell me?

Sankara de Kunta could also being this because he said that he is making music. Maybe this could be one ploy into attacking these men so he can get attention helping him getting his music started. Sankara lives on polemic stuff.

I am guessing he must have had a fallout with Ferre Gola since his vocals were not added as much as he had wanted.

Werrason was poorly prepared. He did not sound great. In part because of lack of preparation and he tried to sound more "Gospel" and it was never going to work like that. EVER.

R Kelly is a good R&B singer who has shitty characteristics like most American artists. But he is very talented and he has made some good songs. I think Fally wants to go international with his life, R Kelly is a good choice musically. But personality R Kelly is a joke.

I don't know when they will focus on chasing Kanambe of Congo instead of the musicians. Musicians care about themselves like they do too.

Some Combattants wanted their names mentioned by big stars and it happened during the 1990s and 2000s as well

What the fuck is going on. It looks to me that Werrason still holds some resentment towards Papa Cheri. What is happening that is leading to Yanki attacking Papa Cheri so hard. Something happened. What is it, we don't know yet.

At least Werrason is having some fun. This is good.

It is good to see some solidarity with some ex musicians of Wenge Musica Maison Mere. Baby Ndombe is smart to work his former colleagues of WMMM. I am happy to hear this happening.

His voice was incredible. I miss Papa Wemba every day.
Loni alone shows his greatness with Dindo Yogo and King Kester Emeneya

Werra may not be the best singer but he does sing well. Actually in concerts he does well and mostly on the lead in most songs.

he definitely knows how to use his voice. similar to a franco. franco couldn't sing for shit but when he hopped on a song it was good. this is part of the art of our vocalists that is just different from others. many times its more about emotion than anything else. as long as you are carrying the tune/notes you can rock. then you have others of course who are more exceptional than that. but yea i never think to myself i need MORE werrason singing but he doesn't bother me when he sings.
8) 8) 8) Really.
Franco was a much better singer than Werrason. Franco actually was good as a lead singer. He was not the best but man he was miles ahead of Werrason. While it is true that Franco was not "a classical" singer but he could sing well. Even when he was sick, he sounded better than Werrason as a lead singer. Franco was a solid singer. Franco's voice was not the best but it was solid. Not quite the case with Werrason. Werrason knows this. This is why he wants his singers to sing more since he knows his voice is kind of limited. But Franco and Werrason were excellent backup singers.

If Werrason had done an album collaboration with JB, he needs to focus more on the choirs with JB because they actually sounded incredible together. It is kind of surprising to some degree.

Let's how this album will flop. I know it will have big sales but the songs will likely be below par. Like the previous work that Koffi had done. SAD.
I couldn't agree more artistically koffi's finished
It is so sad because Koffi gave us many great songs. Now he is shadow of himself.

Today's music scene is utter garbage. This song is terrible but it is good in today's music scene. If it was the early 2000s, this song would have never comue out but considering the scene, it is pretty decent.
