I hope that after the association helps the dancers put Koffi behind bars then they can also help them improve their personal lives since having Koffi behind bars while some of them continue struggling socially and financially would not have helped them much.

Guys let Pole Position be. He is like those court poets and griots of yore who were kept in the royal court to sing praises of the king with whom they could see no fault. We should now be used to him. Even Fally the King has his princes and princesses on this blog who will defend him no matter what. Same for Koffi, JB  and Werra

Trash I agree.

Musically, Mopao is decaying. You wonder if he is the same guy who churned out hits like Fouta Djalon, Petit na London, Bambino, Airways among others. It seems he has either lost his voice or has no more hunger and just mumbles through his music. I don't think even the QL album Inwas waiting for will surprise me,if it ever comes out, that is!!

Pales in comparison to his best of years gone by. Still I enjoyed the fact that Cindy is not all over the song. The chorus was decent too

The affirmative response here save for two or three members is evidence of disappointment why Koffi was not jailed. Well, I keep asking myself whether we are true followers of this genre, if we only allow deep hate to the players. I do not love all the musicians from Congo but I don't think I would hate them to the extent of wishing them prison term.

Secondly, We are as confused as the musicians themselves!! I see guys calling on Koffi to recall former QL members for concert but these are the same guys who have been on JB's case for keeping old musicians in his band.

To me Koffi does not need former band members to stage a good show. QL has talent in it currently and what Koffi needs to do is to give these musicians freewill to showcase their talent and to allow them to market themselves.

Otherwise, congratulations to Wakapenga for the acquittal.

@Ken Bilele, welcome back. I always wonder why Koffi invites so much bile on this blog. Granted, he may be a horrible human being but we are all guilty of our own demons and this is a musical blog not a moral platform where we police individuals behaviours. Rape is a sin, lying is also a sin and all sins are equal before God so while we condemn Koffi for rape(in case we have hard evidence not assumptions and insinuations) let us pray to God to deliver us from our own sins.

Congolese Music / Re: NICE INTERVIEW OF FERRE WITH PAPY MBOMA

I will never understand why people hate Ferré ...

It is the price you pay for stardom. Millions will adore you either because they genuinely love your stuff or because they are simply star struck and then millions will hate because they are jealous or they love the rival or because most of these stars have issues and do some deep shiiit!!!

(Being cynical) In that case, best thing would have no visas approved for his current Kin, so he can recruit QL legends in Europe to be his band.
With that weak current QL team? Naaaa they can stay in Kin only bring a few like my guy Asso and one or two people other then that he can bring back the Europe based QL guys it would be a win win

I dont think the current QL is thaaat weak. It has some vocally solid guys like Lindalada, Mayase, JR33(Not the fat one but the one who sings Fally parts), of course Omba, Fabrice Mayela and DVD. The reason they are not visible is because Cindy sings in 50 per cent of his current songs and Koffi mumbles in the other 50 percent so no space for the other vocalists

And everyone had judged him guilty on this blog. Maybe he did all those nasty things but there is a reason courts of justice exist. And now they have deemed him free so his haters are welcome to invent the next round of condemnation...

him just because carine took the place they wish they had next to him

@archos, I thought Carine was with Heritier, even had a bank account opened for her for salary? How did Heritier react to her being close with Ferre?

Some people just can't handle the truth, it seems.

And some people cannot think for themselves so they believe bullshit so easily
Lol the way you love defending your patron to death is hilarious at times.

Kindly show me where I have defended Koffi on this thread, Sir

True, fans have to be open minded enough to condemn any artists when they do despicable things not just supporting anything. I always tell people that even these so called mushrooming Fake Pastors have people behind them who would go to any length to support their papa even when their is clear evidence of wrong doing.

And why attack the messenger?

If your main defence is the 'if' then include other artists who have been attacked in other Ado Yuhe's interviews. Dear brother, I did not attack you. I asked an academic question. I am not saying Koffi is not responsible. I do not have evidence that he is responsible too so it is careless to assume he is. It is also careless for you to assume he is responsible unless you have irrefutable evidence and assuming that he is guilty simply because Rosette criticized him the other day is plain narrowmindedness. I am from academia and in my field you do not assume, you provide PROOF. Can you prove Koffi is responsible?

Congomikili is not deleted so there is some hope

Almost if not all the recent interviews are gone even on Congo Mokili channel. Damn... If Mopao's people are behind the blocking, it surely confirms everything that's been said about the happenings in QL ya kala with the dancers and stuff.

Why do people assume Koffi is responsible. Any evidence?
