Congolese Music / Re: THIS MUST BE PAINFUL TO WATCH FOR JB
« on: February 19, 2019, 13:09 »
is it reported anywhere that JB wants people to feel sorry for him or it's just people making it look like that?i mean I don't think JB has said any word about this...where is it reported that he needs sympathy or that he is sad because his ex wife has married another man...infact Amida has absolutely nothing to do with Jb's music.

Who the hell is moronic enough to say JB wants sympathy? I may be losing my eyesight because I reviewed this thread and could not find any post saying JB wants anyone to feel sorry for him.

Why are we all behaving as if JB Mpiana is a kid. He is a grown ass man and is supposed to handle rejection like a man. If he cannot, then it is not our job to feel sorry for him. Instead, he needs a kick up his backside to make him realize people lose spouses all the time either to others with more money or more vitality in the bedroom(the second scenario is the more common). Life should not stop because a wife or husband leaves. I feel no sympathy for any grown man(not just JB) losing his wife(they had it coming for poor performance of husbandly duties), but I will definitely feel a lot of contempt for the same man if he is willing to take the woman back then lose her again and then accept her back ad infinitum and expect me to feel sorry for him.

Congolese Music / Re: AMIDA AND VITAL ATTEND KOFFI'S CONCERT
« on: February 19, 2019, 07:20 »
My goodness, they just won't stop with the shade won't they. Everything they've done publicly is extremely calculated

@Matebu, how is attending a Koffi concert a shade on JB. I know Vital has been a Koffi fan for a avery long time and gets mabanga on several Koffi songs. I don't think he should now stop attending Koffi concerts because he married Amida.
Dude it's the fact that everyone knows that Koffi and JB aren't on good terms especially Amida knows, and since jb is the emotional type. They know what they're doing they're trying to provoke jb to get a reaction.

Dude, did they tell you that they went to the concert to get a reaction from JB? You seem so sure!!!

Two guys can sing Ferre, Adjani and Heritier vocals.....the guy in question is Basele but Satellite can also do that.

@Nkosi, the guy O-Afrika is asking about is the one with a blue cap with letter P on it. That is not Bassele

The most beautiful video clip of his career, congratulations to him. During these last interviews we felt that Ferré listened to the opinions of his fans more and more
True he actually said I think during that interview with Noly Tambu, where he said he sat down with his musicians atalaku section and asked them why is it that the fans don't appreciate the generics from QQJD. That's before doing Premier Classe. So he clearly does listen to his fans.

He doesn’t listen to his fans, he would of stop making funeral and boring songs like this one if he did.
That's his passion, he has said on so many occasions that this rumba that you are calling "funeral and boring" is what pays his bills. There are some things that he will possibly change as result of criticism from the fans but he definitely wont change to everyone's expectation. Clearly we have to learn to live with that fact. Its an exercise in futility expecting him to listen to each and every criticism.

And of course one man's trash is another's treasure. That 'funeral and boring music' is a godsend to some of us and millions consume it breakfast, lunch and dinner. If Ferre's song bores anyone, they should be thankful that there is variety out there, find that exciting music and enjoy.........I am very sure Ferre does not give a fuck whether one  keeps critcizing him behind a keyboard at every turn

Lol oh getting emotional over Ferre I see...calm down, don’t get your knickers in the twist over this lol. Some like funeral music and some don’t, it’s life but we will continue to be critical like or not....life

In as much as your post is metaphorical, you seem obsessed with knickers bro....it is not the first time you use it expecting your fan club to have a pathetic laugh about it to pamper your ego. Sorry to disappoint you boss, if you wear knickers don't generalize. And my training tells me it is only the intellectually bankrupt who resort to insults to try level the field.....it only works on buffoons of like mind!!!

Are you done? You still mumbling on and on just like Ferre’s boring songs

You too cranky, son. Must be the periods

Congolese Music / Re: FERRE'S NEW INTRRVIEW
« on: February 12, 2019, 05:19 »
@Manzambi and Symplicity, check 8:20 Fils the one in the white shirt and the dancer in front of him is what I'm talking about.

Exactly@Jdog, that is what am saying. It is only one pair out of about 10 other pairs and probably because they were two girls short. So for this clip, I think it is over the top to read gayness in it. For the other videos you refer to, I have not watched so I cannot dispute.

Palzuria Le Padre 2019 the group is back happy to see Designer, Igor Lubaka, Djanny Pacha, Fils Metchola all looking as fit and well.

Kie kie Jetset the best group of Congo every album the singers vocals are known by everyone, soins taille beau keep up the good work
Yeah I like new dance, but there's no way I'll be putting my privates up against another man. This group has done many gay behavior in the past but people call Fally the gay one.  Ferre's group known they are the best group in Congo with Light Music VillaNova, even guys who haven't had their vocals out do promotion unlike other bands.

All am seeing are all of the guys dancing with girls except one at the nearest end. How is that gay? NOTE:Am only referring to this clip since it is the subject of discussion. The earlier ones you refer to  I don't know so won't comment

That is Rice Matadien. He already left Ferre and is trying his hand at a solo career. I always love his voice and singing too.

You Guys should forgive me but i have to say this some gongolese people are mad reason why i said that I'm a Nigerian and i have been listening to ferre gola songs for years and many of my friends likes his song too why can't you guys appreciate him. In Nigeria we have many artist that just focus on Nigeria song without going international ever most of the Nigeriaartist that  goes international are not the best artist in Nigeria when davido went  international he discover he is losing his fans in Nigeria he quickly terminate the contract he had  with  Sony  music you guys should let this man do his thing let him do what he knows how to do best and who so ever said ferre is not known in Africa countries the person is lying  i could remember in 2013 to 2014 when black box came out his generic was our favorite song that year in Bangkok every Africa night club you went to they must play the song in the club  pls make unah let my man be He is the reason why i join this form and i have been a member of this form since 2015

@kendrick500, it is astounding how much dumbness is out there. Someone consistently comes to such an enlightened forum like this to insist Ferre is not international yet we listen to him everywhere in Kenya. Is Kenya in Congo? Is Nigeria that you refer to here part of Congo? If they mean international is out of Africa then they miss the point because even there it is only Africans and not whites who live there who partakes in African music and in several fora they express their appreciation of Ferre's music. And if in their opinion going international is doing feats with non-Congolese artists then they are irredeemable.

13
My question to these buggers who keep telling us that Ferre is local is: How many countries around the world have you done a survey in to know they don't appreciate Ferre's music?

14
Where I come from they would simply say, 'Koffi Pod Pek'

The most current slang to express the same says: "An akia pingo Koffi" Loosely translated to: I dont know how to oppose Koffi. It goes forth to clarify that the day that topic of opposing Person X(in this context Koffi)  was being taught in school  I had been sent home from school for school fees.

Congolese Music / Re: FERRE INTRODUCES HIS SINGERS
« on: January 01, 2019, 11:14 »
Am always entranced whenever Selele or Chelele sings that vocal of Jack Pimba. What a voice!!! Ferre has a way of always making his musicians a bit more visible although he has shot a few clips of QQJD where vocalists are not featured in the videos. Hope it is not a slide back into that bad habit of some Congolese musicians. By the way I always tend to know 90% of Ferre's vocalists so when there is a new one i always inquire. Who is the singer to Ferre's immediate left? The one with the white bandana on the head? And did Mao, Matty and Rhize manage to get to the first team after coming back ?
The one with a white bandana is called "Fils Ya Matiola".

Thanks a million
