Kibuisa Mpimpa and Effrakata are just about 20 years old now. Man, where has time gone?
20 years old but the sound quality on both albums still sound like it was released yesterday.

Congolese Music / THIS MONTH WAS A WIN FOR THE GENRE
« on: December 31, 2020, 17:10 »
After very very little releases this year this month in December we had a lot of releases, some good and some bad. But we had Koffi give us a fantastic Rhumba called Elelo, We had Heritier give us an incredible album Mi Ange, Fally gave us Tokooos 2 which was decent, Ferre gave us the Generique Vibes which was okay even though it took it a while to grow on me. As much as I hate to say it Cindy even released Universite and it was somewhat alright too, not to forget to mention Werra who released an Acoustique, Also Sam Tshintu aka Mr Samuel gave us a good EP Ba Ninga Malamu. Not to forget also Congrats to Abraham Mignon, Metro, and Miel De Son for releasing their debut albums.
Now we're probably not gonna have releases for a while after this, only Heritier's Mi Demon which I'm sure we're all looking forward to, and Fabregas's group album which he has been teasing us with.

Happy New Year Everybody!

Sad how ex BCBG members have the hardest time trying to make it solo

They don’t prepare them for solo career. In BCBG they prepare you for retirement in the group not outside and when you leave you don’t have any fan base that follows you and you pretty much start from the bottom like a new artist who has never played.
Lool that’s true, even someone like Metro was in the group for a good few years didn’t even have a vocal to his name let alone a song. Also what songs can they sing other than old Jb songs and Djodjo  Ngonda.
Guys like Alain Mpela and others had their careers sabotaged by Jb. With Jb making phone calls to promoters to tell them not to play their music and so on.

Abraham has lost his damn mind. I have hope for Metro but I feel like he released his album too soon, he should've released more singles first and come with a fire generique then boom release the album.

He's seriously the last hope for BCBG, cause for me the way nearly all ex Bcbg alumni's flopped is not normal. Have Abraham and Metro even been promoting their album?

Good job bro

Excellent review Ndeko, I've been saying you should do more reviews since the brother Newside isn't active anymore.

1959
I’m not either...This song was originally ment for him and Fally  ;D
Was it actually? I thought you were just being your typically sarcastic roasting self  ;D :D

1960
So Fally says no to their feature and he had to go get the next musician who sounds like him lol
Lol how come Fally did he said no?
Ahahahahahhahahahaha
Good for him that's what you get for ditching your brother's over some other guy, now not only he desrespected someone who could help him in his career (Ferré is producing Celeo album and is giving a huge help to Rebo being successful) but he gets humiliated by being denied the feat. So sad, I can't even laugh on how pathetic that sounds, this should be a monit to all the guys who Spit in the plate they have hate (Chai, Abraham, Djino, Gessac, Bercy etc.)
Loool he’s joking bro  ;D :D

1961
Not sure why Ferre gets so much hate, but at my family get together last some of relatives (young) called Hérve musicien locale when i tried to play this. Is this a générique sans impact?
There is an age when a man should not be looking for this much attention you will be labelled batty bwoy kie kie since the release of this great generic you have criticised and then you go to your bandundu clam house and you want to play Ferre kie kie that is like trying to watch a Hitler documantery in a jewish house kie kie kie what did you expect kie kie EKOTI EKOTI EKOTI there are 2 album in the market but everyone is concentrating on this generique what does that tell you kie kie kie

Bro, what are you on about? I was just reporting an observation. I’m a huge Ferre fan, but only when it comes to rhumba na rhumba
Don’t mind him, to Pole you have to worship every single thing Ferre does to be a fan.

On another note, I see we’ve decided COVID-19 is over
Speak for yourself, We’re back on lockdown again in the UK with flights banned from entering and leaving.

kiekiekie prince i see that lockdown is pissing you a bit loool he was meaning surely the way people are starting to party like nothing happened,we over here in france  are under the possibility of third lockdown just after new year

@CM Prince - good old American-born Boris; I feel bad for you guys. Agent Orange is almost out, but he’s setting us for more failure

@Archos @SLK97 This comes in handy each time Macron works his magic, ;D ;D ;D

;D :D ;D

Fally operates like Jb he doesn’t really like to accept known musicians in his band. Cambodge, the dancer Harmonie Tchindu from QL, Felly Tyson were the only exceptions.
You won’t believe the amount musicians coming from Ferre’s band that have tried knocking at Fallys door but for him to turn them away to avoid that polémique, or even those unknown guys from QL and other bands like Bcbg, WMM and so on.
So I don’t see him accepting Sarah Solo.

LOOOL no guys I wasn’t attacking my buddy Matebu, but yes it is pissing me off  ;D I was meant to go to Belgium in January to see my family, and at the moment I can’t even see my Mrs, cause she went abroad to see her mum and she can’t come back loool.
But yeah also a lot of brothers have been partying hard in Dubai too.
