@CM PRINCE

Control is his weakest album in his career, in my opinion.
It is a marketing stunt: saying that your last album is the best one so people will think that you always deliver
Exactly

Kiekie, reminds me of when Koffi said 13ème Apôtre would be his best album in interviews. Nonsense

I believe that JP Kys proposed MJ30 and Cindy to Koffi when Koffi needed female backing vocals for the song Lili Kaniki (this song is very touching)
I hate JP Kys for that

JP Kys single-handedly made artists be able to record music with good to excellent sound in Kin so his sins are forgiven

Honestly, pretty cringe-worthy

Happy for him, but he’s not cut out to take the role seriously. Maybe he’ll prove me wrong

Kiekie, I remember how hard ya’ll used to hate on him on Vibes D’afrique back in the day

lmao, it reminds me of when that BBC journalist had a article/interview of his 2005 London show. He had no clue what to expect. They just don’t get it.

I was at that same concert and I had a great time. I helped arrange their nyc venue bookings and lodging

Say what you will about his practices; the man did so much for African music at it's peak. RIP

Man, I afraid who's next

Shot 6 times outside his store. What a crazy world we live in.

Kopo Epasuki. Such a beautiful, reflective song from the le grande philosphe as King Kester (RIP) would say

Really sad that 2 are still alive and Josky’s healthy hasn’t been too well in recent times
