Lol@ Shamala's question...Help ask them ooo...For it seems polemique sells better than the music they are known for these days.

Of course,Kaisari.  We are beginning to drift off Anelka...It is  beginning to seem we want to start our usual throwing words around all in the name of making comments. I hopefully look forward to when some of us would stop throwing jabs at others but make our contributions and just move on .

Awilo is just in his own world... And I really respect him for that. He is an all-time performer. No time for frivolities.  I guess he would be like "let me play my music; make people happy and rake in some cool cash. Ain't nobody got time for polemique..."

@Archos,I think you are right. He doesn't appear as someone that has got the guts to launch out real big without having to fall back on anyone.  Guess he is afraid to take the risk.

Seguin is drowning and he doesn't want to get down alone so he would rather pull others along with him by being sneaky. Who does that these days...where you go to tell on your colleagues to your boss?  Being a mole does no good.

Can't agree more with Archos,CM Prince and JV... spot on!Getting to the top is quite easy, staying there is the big deal! A lot goes into staying relevant at the top. Those at the top paid their dues overtime so whoever wants to remain at the top has to put in a whole lot of work not just some scrappy stuff.

I think if anyone wants to learn about HOW NOT TO MANAGE/HANDLE A BAND/GROUP,one should take a cue from BCBG.

In my opinion,I think JB's albatross are Roger Ngandu,Kibens and Seguin. Too bad!

The only person I have had a little interaction with and I like the way he responded is Ferre. Fally had to be talked into interacting with his English speaking fans by one guy like that on Instagram and now he responds better. He even takes correction(s) from fans as regards his English. I just wish all these artistes can be relating well with their non-Lingala and French speaking fans.

And what is it with the "love the music and not the person"...? Do you extricate the music from who sang or made it? This is wonderful! I don't think music just came out of the blues without adding a persona to it. I think we would just have to make do with having people talk about what they don't like about whoever they have brought his/her case up here please. It is a forum for crying out loud. And I don't think we have got the right to tell people what to like and what not to like....Or is that the new rule here?  Why don't we just be open to different views and opinions rather than always attaching emotions unnecessarily to what seems like some kind of bad taste to us...

I think Innoss B fuses a bit of Swahili into some of his songs too.

What can they do to help get him out of this self destruction? What about prayers and rehab?Doesn't he have a wife? Or a baby mama,at least who has to know what a father means in a child's life and comes around to help him? What about his relatives or is it easy to disown relatives once they are in a terrible situation like this? Petit Reagan's case comes to mind here. Lastly, don't they have well meaning friends who can help too? Pardon my barrage of questions, i am just worried and curious at the same time. For Kabuya has got something very distinct about him and it is so sad to see him go this path he is on right now.
