Jdog,
Have you watched that dance by Bouro at Kengenge? Ndombolo dance executed by one of its master dancers! Undisputably,he and his brother Alain are the true masters of the dance! Nobodyelse is even close! It joy to watch any of the two! Actually I was looking for a clip which shows a solo ndombolo dance by either of them! Bepari. 53

Hi Archos,
What does chef 'd'orchestre' mean? I speak passable French which enables me to translate it literaly as 'cheaf of an orchestra' .But when I loked up the meaning of the word, apparently it was attributed to music arrangers of europian orchrestas! So I wish to know the meaning of the world in congolese music context. I will be delighted! Regards, Bepari. 58

Bonjour,
Anybody who can furnish me with top solo dancing video clips of Bouro Mpela,Alain Mpela n Fally. It will give me a great pleasure to get hold of them as I regard the aforementioned artists as top dancers as far as congolese music is concerned! Something like you tube clip titled'Koffi et Bouro Mpela avec la Nouvelle Dance Kengenge'.Great dancing moves though the clip is of low quality! Regards, Bepari. |
