Congolese Music / Re: KIRIKOU'S NEW RHUMBA?

That chic has a bright future behind.

There we go again ... Just like i said it last ...the cherie na nga  shit is really getting my nerves ...not impressed at all.
Makes the two us. I thought the guitar arrangement is okayish after two minutes but the lyrical content is not what would be expected of someone who has crowned himself as "Le Roi" .

And the end is always not good for these self serving leaders. Another example is Nicolae Ceausescu, led Romanians with an iron fist but when the time came he was assasinated in on live TV by the same people who used to sing praises of him.

That acrobatic stunt starting @ 40 minutes by that solo dancer (whats the name again Prof or Ouagadougo) is dangerous if not done well. Ferre was right to be worried "Prof naboyi nakota prison, kita. Naboyi ooo Ferre aliaki ye". Lol... I know a certain dancer in Zambia who got seriously injured and even stopped the dancing.

Well put Heritier. Especially the part were he says leaders always want to feel like their musicians owe them forgetting that even they leaders owe it to their musicians for how successful they become. Music is like football its about teamwork, the manager can not make it without talented and skillful players in the same way that talented players also can not do without the guidance of their manager. I only hope he doesn't become exactly what he is against now when his solo career becomes more successful.

Congolese Music / Re: KABUYA - LINGALA FACILE (OFFICIAL CLIP)
« on: August 24, 2018, 13:02 »
Not a bad effort but am seeing ascenario where Zakle bought a Samsung J3 phone gave it to his kulunas with a directive to look for Kabuya from anywhere they may get him and shoot the video. They went and captured him at his popular den while enjoying with his frinds and forced him into this video!!!
;D ;D ;D.

Lol... What will happen when CR7 retires?

1133

Then his own musicians fired him from his band for not being serious and being addicted to drugs.

;D ;D. This is hilarious. I remember seeing a video of him rehearsing with his band a few years ago in what looked like an unfinished buiding. And then him doing that interview with Papy Mboma where he kept saying he is still with Werrason but not a Maison Mere member.

Speaking of spiritual stuff in music or sports, somewhere between 2004 and 2008 if am not mistaken there was a live wrestling match between Zambia's Tiger Boy Nkandu who had made a name as a very good wrestler against Lubandi Mulozhi of DRC. What happenned during the wrestling match, i would not believe it if i had not seen it with my own eyes. It was as funny as it was scary because the match ended in less than 5 minutes, with "Tiger Boy" being knocked out without even being touched. Quite clearly Mulozhi was using some spell on his opponent to incapacitate him. The match ended in controversy with the Tiger Boy surrendering and later on protesting about Mulozhi's spiritual attacks on him. Lol

But what i fail to understand is why these footballers don't use their voodoo/kindoki to win Africa its first world cup for example?

adjani is the first guy in history to have been fired by his group 3  times with 3 teams lol :D :D :D

:D :D That's what you get for playing with people's livelihood.

Congolese Music / Re: IT SEEMS CHIKITO HAS LEFT QUARTIER LATIN
« on: August 19, 2018, 15:08 »
All those musicians who left will return or attempt one day. The grass is always not greener on the other side.
So far DeGaul and Rhize are back. Next is Mao Basela and Hodden... And then Matadien, I don't see him going anywhere with  his solo career. At least not in the near future.

« on: August 18, 2018, 09:29 »
While we’re on the song subject, I really like the first half Of Bolonia, but the song falls flat for me on the second half. Idk, the traditional theme doesn’t work for me. Feels like two songs combined into one
Thought I was the only one who felt like that about this song. Lol
