Wow. Ibrator seems to have a rich resume as composer. I never knew that he is the one behind Confession Intime and Par amour.

Congolese Music / Re: Seems Brigade Sabarti has been expelled from his group.« on: June 27, 2019, 07:37 »Lol koffi was furious and later on he made jordan pay for that, you know koffi likes to have two extremes with his musicians, either he jokes with them plays with them hugs them lifts them by the waist or in some days you wont imagine how guys are scared as hell when he arrives(this is more with the generation of omba, you can hear birds singing when he arrives lol) and he wont hesitate to roast you hard if you upset him in that rehearsalYea i remember that he said he was immediately relieved of the Head of Discipline role. But to think that he would even entertain the thought of sending away Mokonzi for late coming, it takes guts on his part. Do you think that they may have planned the sending away of Mopao with Bouro to "test the waters" on how Mopao would react. Coz he mentions that Bouro is the one who alerted him (Jordan) that Mopao has come. 933
Congolese Music / Re: Seems Brigade Sabarti has been expelled from his group.« on: June 26, 2019, 15:21 »No it was true and he was not the only one who did that, baby also tried that in maison mere when they were not talking anymore with werra for years but it did not work its actually him who ended up sidelined in that rehearsalLol. I can imagine Grand Mopao's facial expression when that happened. It also shows the camaraderie that existed between the Boss and his musicians. 934

Reminds me of that Ado Yuhe & Jordan Kusa interview were Jordan says as Head of Discipline, he at one time sent away Mopao for coming late for rehearsals. Could it be true or perhaps that was Kusa exaggerating? Lol

Congolese Music / Re: Seems Brigade Sabarti has been expelled from his group.« on: June 25, 2019, 16:00 »Lol you’re joking.Lol. True. They have even replaced him with a singer, saying that an atalaku can't be a leader of an orchestra. Also dissing him saying most of his cries from his time in Maison Mere where given to him by Boloke (sp) of Fally's group. 936

Too much drama, these guys are funny when they fall out with their leaders.
They say they have expelled brigade from the group. They also say it was not his orchestra but it was an "orchestra accompagnement". They go on to shout praises at Heritier Watanabe. The mbonda player Palola (sp) also says he never used to travel because the boss bought alcohol from the money meant for him to get a passport. 937

Congolese Music / Re: AWULU NA MBONDA RETURNS TO MAISON MERE« on: June 25, 2019, 10:59 »I am hearing a couple of versions, one that he went to play in studio for mundibu without authorization on several generiques over years which ferre's guys discovered now with one of the sound engineers snitching (and with the blatant disrespect robinio has been showing towards ferre for years now),other version is that he had an affair with a dancer which leads to a bit of trouble in the group with jealousy and things like that, and also he has been close to kakol for ages so they were already suspected him to prepare his return given he was also stripped of a chef role with ruth nzele taking his place which pissed him off being one of the guys from day 1@Archos are musicians allowed to play for another group other than there's? I ask because Awulu Mbonda says (in that interveiw with Nadege Ibwakungu) almost everyone does these part time playing for other groups but in his case the problem only started when Robinho started saying unpleasnat stuff about Ferre. 939
Congolese Music / Re: PREDICTIONS ON HOW FUTURE STARS WILL REPLACE THE OLD LEADERS PART 1« on: June 25, 2019, 10:51 »Ndeko, why do you put "to some extent" for JB. Are you trying to tell us that JB's level of success is not the same as that of Werra and Mopao?how can you replace someone who is almost the same age?I call Fally and Ferre future stars in sense of Legend, of course they are stars but I mean stars in terms of Future Legend like Koffi, Werra, (to some extent) JB are. 940
Congolese Music / Re: Seems like Djanny Pacha has left Ferre's group« on: June 24, 2019, 07:22 »
So the rumours were actually true. Anyway that's the downside of working with young people, they are too ambitious.

Congolese Music / Re: Koffi Olomide Cape Town,South Africa Concert cancelled« on: June 21, 2019, 17:22 »With a lot of restrain I wish to weigh in.I can't agree more. I had tough time explaining this to a friend of mine a die hard Koffi fan that, these issues will keep haunting Koffi if he doesn't change his approach. For these activists, it does not matter whether he was exonerated by the French authorities, the fact that there is evidence of violence against women (the Kenya incident) they will keep using it for their own interests. The best Koffi can do is apologize, not this thing where he is going round saying the French courts acquitted him when in fact not. @Matebu in Zambia, he was actually banned the first time after the Kenyan incident after the a similar campaign by rights activists. He was suppose to come for some festival and after protests by women groups he was replaced by Werrason, then the following year it was Ferre who instead came. That third attempt was also almost canceled but for intervention of some politicians who are his fans. It would be interesting to know what would happen now that there is even a judgement by the French authorities. In any way you look at it Koffi's PR team need to change their way of handling his issues because they will keep popping up from time to depending on which country it is. 942
Congolese Music / Re: Some musicians left Heritier to form their own band.« on: June 17, 2019, 13:26 »lol padache is the heir of mbokaliya in terms of being unstable, the man has done in his life wenge bcbg, quartier latin, maison mere, cultura, tried to join fally's group when fally almost fired zagalo because he was still talking to celeo when he had ordered everybody to ignore him, team wata and even in team wata he had gone missing a little bit to try joining ferre's group, then a return to bcbg which jb refused and now he has left team wata again, but i respect how he did not want to talk too much about his childhood friend heritier, some people would forget all that and rant like madSo Heritier is in to gambling. No wonder he likes to identify himself with Mafia tags such as "Cosa Nostra". Lol 943

Congolese Music / Re: Archive; Franco Luambo, Lukunku and Papa Wemba (1980)« on: June 17, 2019, 07:22 »Lol. Yes, It shows a lot of maturity for both Molendo and JB breaking away from the norm of hating someone simply because they are associated with a supposed 'enemy'.no molendo sakombi is still alive, the sakombi he is talking about was one of the main guys of mobutuOK, I see. Merci Archos. Coming to the topic these celebrities are likely to engage in dubious business since that given their status the security checks for them at the airport are not as rigorous so they take advantage. I hear the West African drug cartels use a lot of celebrities especially ladies to smuggle drugs into Europe, Spain and Italy in particular. Some Minister in my country in the 80s also used his diplomatic privilege to traffic in drugs, he even dated Mamou Nationale at some point. 945
