Oh I see thanks for clearing up my confusions there! Wow no wonder Fally left! Koffi was doing way too much! How do you try to sabotage your own bandmember and then you get expect him to stay after all of that? Then once he does leave you get all surprised and depressed over it. Did he not remember what happened the previous 8 years in his band? His decisions are really head scratchers

nobody was upset. it was that everybody of Quartier Latin that participated to Droit Chemin were scared about Koffi's reaction because of stuff that used to happen in the past to other members. Fally's friend/bodyguard Maitre Camionette Bola said that some bandmembers had to sneak themselves to get into the studio, not wanted to get snitched about having participated to Droit Chemin
I forgot, was there a reason Koffi didn't participate on that album? I found it weird because they played parts of the Droit Chemin generique in some of those 06 Europe concerts, and he sorta let fally promote the album as well.

He lied. Werrason saw him, Bibicia & Cambodge as a spy sended by Koffi. That’s also one of reasons why Werrason finally not decided to use him in Alerte Generale. At the same time Koffi had problems in the atalaku department. So when he saw that Werrason didn’t use him in Alerte Generale. He sended people to get Brigade to his house of Montfleury and wanting to impress/intimidating him by having a lot of money on his table. Brigade decided to return and immediately there would start a rivalry between him & Apocalypse. Him being close to Fally made him finally miss the trip to Europe and the fight with Apocalyps making it worser. Koffi thought that Brigade would form a band with Fally once coming to Europe. Because of that he invited the evening before the trip Fally at home asking him, that he had to choose between Fally himself & Brigade about who to get in Europe and who to leave behind. Fally then choosing for himself. Brigade didn’t want to do and at some point became broke and wasn’t able to pay his rent. This all made him decide to rejoin Maison Mere after a few weeks
It's funny how Fally ended up leaving the band along with Apocalypse. Koffi really played himself there, not only did he lose Fally, ferre, and Apocalypse on that Europe tour, he ended up losing Bridage that he left behind to Werrason. He learned his lesson too late and it's still affecting him til this day

Ugh Koffi should’ve suspended apocalypse instead. Brigade was a loyal one.

Werra’s Fikins of 2000, 2001 & 2003 will remain the best
Ah fikin ekufa. I hope that projects of rebuilding it are real like that of Kinshasa Arena. Instead of posting architectural models every year on social media. They have to demolish those illegally builder houses around it first.
Fikin 2000 was amazing! If only it was in better quality on youtube. I wish I heard 2001 and 2003. What about 2002?

For me everybody failed in Monde Arabe. Because of them Koffi had to justify in every interview that he isn’t an atalaku but a singer and giving more motivation to go for rumba albums. Koffi did go to bring Brigade back
You think even CNN failed?? Especially in l’autre la?? CNN killed it on that Generique, it’s weird how the generiques weren’t well received compared to the others of the past because now they’re very popular especially heros national. Come to think of it I don’t think I’ve ever heard those generiques being played live.
I agree with Mfumu Vata. If you compare the animations from Monde Arabe to Affaire Dtat and Effrakata, there was a fall off there. This is an unpopular opinion but I think if Brigade was on Monde Arabe instead of CNN, that album may have been recieved differently since those were originally Brigades animations in the first place

15+ years of his career wasted on her and he still continues to mix business with pleasure…

Why did Wenge El Paris flop so hard in the early 2000s? We’re they just not as good as the other bands? That’s what I would think

Christian Solo was so dope. I wish he stayed there a little longer. He was way better than Kimbangu in my opinion

So we will probably never see the Zenith Concert video since that even Roga Roga himself was appealing to the public on his Facebook page to come forward if anyone bu chance had the video recording of the concert with a reward offered for anyone who has it.
Really? When did he do that? I’m surprised even he doesn’t have it

We really need that 2003 Zenith concert to be uploaded. I'm sure those affair d'etat concerts were amazing. Such a short an underrated era/album.

Very conservative generique. Kila sounds decent too. This is a good generique for those guys to get back into the game and knock off the rust. Hopefully this is just a start and Hopefully there's more to come? Like an album perhaps?

Hmm thats exactly how I would picture his departure. It's such a quiet one which matches his personality. I guess koffi finally realized he ewasn't producing anything special and hasn't for a while.
