Congolese Music / THIS... IS A DANCING MASTERPIECE
« on: December 12, 2020, 21:51 »

Yes I know, maybe some of you might think I am biased cause I am a huge fan of Innoss but fanatism aside, just look at the whole video not even for the song but for the dancing department, it is really a very different and fresh style if you compare to the Luketo Centric dances we are used to see and with this video being two years old I can say Innoss was ahead of his time, what is this style of dance called? It is him being a Muswahili fit something or he is just Innoss own style of play? Anyway you can clearly see a bit of Micheal Jackson influence, not only the dance but the video set up with the dancer dressed as scholar is really good, what I like about the dances in these video is the dynamicism and that basically every dance allows the person to do it either as a freestly or following the group.

Congolese Music / CHOMI IS PLAYING A DANGEROUS GAME
« on: December 10, 2020, 11:53 »

He in short said that it is true that being with Robinio made him known with his cries going into stadiums and being played in clubs but once the interviewer hint at him that Robinio's group is little (because Chomi earlier in the interview said that he is joining a big group Villa Nova) he first doesn't answer than he says that if he is not replying back it means it is right, and says that is totally fake that he went to test for But Na Fillet ( I can understand him, Imagine being a leader and go on an interview saying his groups wasn't your first choice? That's one of the problem Ronaldinho had with WMM so I understand Chomi lying) and says that there at Robinio's Chiffre Neuf there wasn't anything more to do for.him, since he used to work a lot he felt really undervalued the moment he started to make cries and then seeing Robinio singing it like their own for example the Misu Na Misuccrie: Robinio Mundibu aye lelo etc. So he is excited to be in Villa Nova introducing his new dance Lokolo actually the first thing he wanted was La Danse De La Honte by Fabro and Innoss, and said that when he went to VillaNova everybody welcomed him well.

Lol, NICODEM decided to answer back to Ronaldinho about his comments of him having a spot he doesn't deserve but people in the comment told NICODEM to shut up because the only reason he is there is because he has a spiritual hold on Werra but is not even half of Bobby Ronaldinho since Ronaldinho played the Zenith before him and was in Europe with the band way before him.

With that said it is said that Wenge Musica Maison Mère is the only Congolese group where members insult each other attack each other and so on, with all the problems they have in BCBG you will never hear anyone (Except for Djino and Domain) talking bad about the ex Members Abraham gave props to Chai for his solo career, Genta love Fusee and treat him with the upmost respect despite him being his "replacement" and so on, same for QL, except for Dolly and Mon Ami Guelor who counter attack Rolly and the common hate for Soleil by QL ex members it is rare to see a QL musician to go and insult somebody.

Congolese Music / SAD TO SEE THIS
« on: November 24, 2020, 11:34 »

I would have love if all African countries leader understood that letting China and the West with our resources is bringing us nothing.

But I guess they are too busy spending public money to have songs on their names.

Congolese Music / OT: THERE IS NO EASY WAY TO SAY THIS
« on: November 19, 2020, 21:36 »
Unfortunately after I have got tested for the Tampon this Monday at 09:30 my health department called me today at Thursday to inform me that I have tested positive for the CoronaVirus... And NGL I really felt bad when the lady called me to tell me that, unfortunately there aren't any vaccines available in Italy so I don't know if I will recover or not, well to all the people saying is a fake disease etc. it really ain't and it is not really funny to be quarantined and have to wait for friends and family to help you with groceries but at the same time not being able to touch them or entering in contact with them because you might pass the virus to them, It is not a severe form of Covid thanks God (my cousin had her friend going to coma and losing his ability to walk after he woke) but I still have to be careful and not transmit it to others. The Congolese music and this forum will be my way to escape and not think about the disease... Thanks for letting me vent.

Congolese Music / ROBINIO IS WINNING
« on: November 17, 2020, 16:46 »

Despite having the song censored in Congo a lot of diasporas and guys from other parts of Africa are doing reactions to his song, despite me not being his biggest fan I have gotta say that Robinio have won.
