I don't know how many people on this site rock with hip hop, but a soundtrack to the movie about a revolutionary named Fred Hampton. I think the soundtrack is pretty dope. It gotta a mix of hip hop and RnB, all of the rnb cuts are dope, but some of the hip hop records shouldn't be on here like I declare war, On your mind, and rich nigga problems by Asap rocky its a decent song, but the subject matter doesn't have anything to do with the movie. but what do you think about the soundtrack? link below if you haven't heard about it and wanna check it out its just an hour long
I was listening to bana lunda, and I thought to myself, wow, JB can actually sing, and then I felt like real-world records should've given him a chance to internationalize his music like they gave papa wemba with Le Voyageur (1992), Emotion (1995) and 1998's Molokai I feel like he would've done an excellent job cuz his voice is unique and he's a great vocalist especially on Feux De l'Amour
He has been in the game for over forty-three years. Isn't it time for him to relax, release unreleased stuff, sit down, write a book about his life, or make a movie about his life, no concerts like we don't need new music every month from him he's already an official legend. I feel like drinking a primus right now, especially at 3:36 homie killed it, and dude at 6:49 smoked it too; dance moves on point and everything, all that aside, this is probably the greatest music video coming out of the genre known as soukous
